    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a positioning method, a positioning server, a terminal and a base station. The positioning method includes: notifying a terminal of difference threshold information; receiving cell subset information that is determined by the terminal according to the difference threshold information, where the cell subset information is used to indicate a cell pair whose reference signal measured value exceeds the difference threshold, or the cell subset information is used to indicate a cell pair whose reference signal measured value does not exceed the difference threshold; determining a configuration of a PRS according to the cell subset information, and notifying the terminal of the configuration of the PRS; and receiving an RSTD that is obtained by the terminal through measurement according to the configuration of the PRS, and determining a location of the terminal according to the RSTD.

    Abstract: When a terminal switches from a downlink subframe to an adjacent uplink subframe, generating a first guard period, where that the terminal does not process any signal in the first guard period is defined, that is, the terminal neither receives downlink data nor sends an uplink signal in the first guard period, and therefore uncertainty of a terminal behavior during a downlink-to-uplink switching process of the terminal is avoided, and successful sending of the uplink subframe can be ensured; and when the terminal switches from an uplink subframe to a downlink subframe, generating a second guard period, where the second guard period overlaps the uplink subframe or the downlink subframe, and that the terminal does not process any signal in the second guard period is defined, and therefore uncertainty of a terminal behavior during an uplink-to-downlink switching process of the terminal is avoided.

    Abstract: A drive test information exchange method and apparatus are disclosed. The method includes: receiving, by a positioning controller, a positioning request message sent by user equipment UE; sending, by the positioning controller, positioning assistance information to the UE after the positioning controller receives the positioning request message sent by the UE; receiving, by the positioning controller, a measurement result sent by the UE; obtaining, by the positioning controller, positioning information according to the measurement result; and sending, by the positioning controller, drive test information to a drive test unit according to the indication information. The method and the apparatus of the present invention may be used to enable a process of obtaining drive test information by a drive test unit to be simpler, and a delay to be shorter.

The method includes: establishing an initial ANN; optimizing the initial ANN by using a PSO algorithm, to obtain an optimized initial ANN; training the optimized initial ANN to obtain a trained ANN. According to a positioning method and apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present invention, when an ANN is used for positioning, positioning performance is improved by using a PSO algorithm to optimize a weight and an offset of each neural element in the ANN.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention discloses a network positioning method and related equipments, the method includes: receiving, by a user equipment (UE), positioning signals of at least three positioning nodes, where the at least three positioning nodes include at least one auxiliary UE, where the auxiliary UE is located within an end-to-end communication range of the UE, and valid position information of the auxiliary UE exists currently; measuring the positioning signals of the at least three positioning nodes, and acquiring a measurement result which comprises time difference of receiving the positioning signals of the at least three positioning nodes by the UE; calculating, a current position of the UE according to the measurement result and the valid position information of the at least three positioning nodes. The technical solution provided by the present invention can effectively enhance the network positioning precision.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a multi-carrier measurement configuration method and apparatus, so as to resolve a problem in the prior art that when UE aggregates multiple carriers, a carrier measurement manner cannot be configured, applicability is relatively low, and carrier aggregation efficiency of the UE is reduced. The method is: receiving, by UE, measurement configuration information that is delivered by a network side and that carries gap measurement configuration information or small gap measurement configuration information, and measuring multiple carriers based on received processing configuration information, so as to implement configuration of a carrier measurement manner by the network side, thereby improving applicability of carrier measurement, and improving carrier aggregation efficiency of the UE.
