Abstract: This application provides an uplink signal synchronization method and a communication apparatus. A terminal device receives first indication information, where the first indication information indicates first duration, the first duration is validity duration of synchronization information, and the synchronization information is used for uplink signal synchronization. The terminal device performs the uplink signal synchronization based on second indication information within the first duration that is after reception of the second indication information, where the uplink signal synchronization includes time domain offset compensation and/or frequency domain offset compensation, and the second indication information indicates the synchronization information. This can improve communication reliability.

Abstract: In a communication method, to meet a requirement of a positioning service, a first communication apparatus obtains data to be processed, and determines a first frame structure that includes a communication time period and a positioning time period. A first switching time period is included between the communication time period and the positioning time period, a 1st time-domain symbol occupied by the first switching time period is consecutive to a last time-domain symbol occupied by the communication time period, and a last time-domain symbol occupied by the first switching time is consecutive to a 1st time-domain symbol occupied by the positioning time period. The first communication apparatus then processes the data based on the first frame structure.

Abstract: A bandwidth part switching method, is applicable to a non-terrestrial network (NTN) to implement BWP switching based on multi-color frequency-division multiplexing. In the method, a terminal device may report, in a second BWP to a network device, an index of a first SSB whose signal quality is greater than or equal to a first threshold in one or more SSBs in a first BWP, and switch from the second BWP to a third BWP. The one or more SSBs correspond to at least one BWP other than the first BWP, and the third BWP is in the at least one BWP and corresponds to the first SSB. After receiving the index of the first SSB in the second BWP, the network device determines the third BWP, and performs service data transmission with the terminal device in the third BWP.

Abstract: Embodiments of the application provide a method for transmitting data in a wireless communication network. A device of the network receives a bit sequence of K information bits. The device polar codes the bit sequence to obtain a first encoded sequence, wherein a length of the first encoded sequence is N, and N is greater than or equal to K. The device block interleaves the first encoded sequence to obtain an interleaved bit sequence. The device determines a transmission code rate R. When the transmission code rate R is less than the code rate threshold, the device outputs a second bit sequence. The length of the second bit sequence is M, M is smaller than N. The second bit sequence is punctured from the interleaved bit sequence by removing (N−M) bits from beginning of the interleaved bit sequence.

The device block interleaves the g groups to obtain an interleaved bit sequence according to a sequence S, wherein the sequence S comprises: group numbers of the g groups, wherein a group whose number is 0 is the first element in the sequence S, wherein a group whose number is 12 is the 17th element in the sequence S, wherein a group whose number is 31 is the 32nd element in the sequence S, wherein the S is an integer and output the interleaved bit sequence.

Abstract: An interleaving method and apparatus are provided, to reduce complexity of implementation processes of polar code interleaving and rate matching. The method includes: obtaining encoded bits after polar code encoding, and sorting the encoded bits based on a priority order of performing a rate matching operation, to obtain a first bit sequence. The first bit sequence includes j subsequences, and j is a positive integer. The method further includes writing the first bit sequence into an interleaver of i rows and j columns. Bits in a column in the interleaver include one of the j subsequences; and reading out bits from the interleaver column by column, until M bits are read. At least two adjacent columns have opposite readout directions, and M is a target code length.
