Abstract: A backplane, a display device and a method of manufacturing a backplane are provided. The backplane includes a base substrate; an inorganic layer on the base substrate, the inorganic layer including a plurality of protrusions; a metal layer covering atop of each protrusion and partial side wall near the top, the metal layer covering adjacent protrusions being disconnected; and a light-emitting layer covering the metal layer and the inorganic layer between the adjacent protrusions, the light-emitting layer being disconnected at regions of the protrusions not covered by the metal layer.

Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel, a border pattern and a light shielding pattern. The display panel includes a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area, the display panel further includes a plurality of signal lines in the display area and a plurality of signal leading lines in the non-display area, and the signal leading lines are electrically connected to the signal lines, respectively. The border pattern is located on a light-exit side of the display panel. The light shielding pattern is located on the light-exit side and on a side of the border pattern adjacent to the display panel. An orthographic projection of the light shielding pattern on the display panel is located within the non-display area, and the light shielding pattern is configured to block light reflected by the signal leading lines from exiting out from the light-exit side.

An edge portion of the display apparatus includes a stacked structure. The stacked structure includes the connecting portion; the folded-back portion on the connecting portion; at least a part of the main portion on a side of the folded-back portion away from the connecting portion; a part of the main support layer; and a part of the display portion on a side of the part of the main support layer away from the main portion. Layers of the stacked structure is curved toward a back side of the display apparatus.

Abstract: A shift register circuit includes a noise reduction sub-circuit and a pull-down node control sub-circuit. A control end of the noise reduction sub-circuit is connected to a pull-down node, the noise reduction sub-circuit is connected to a first voltage input end. The pull-down node control sub-circuit includes a first pull-down node control sub-circuit and a second pull-down node control sub-circuit. The second pull-down node control sub-circuit controls the pull-down control node to be connected to a first clock signal input end when the first clock signal input end inputs a first level, the pull-down node to be connected to the first clock signal input end when a potential of the pull-down control node is at the first level, so that the potential of the pull-down node is at a first level and a noise reduction transistor included in the noise reduction sub-circuit is turned off.

The first separation pillar includes a plurality of metal layers and a plurality of insulating layers alternately stacked on the base substrate. A width of a respective one of the plurality of insulating layers along a cross-pillar direction across the first enclosure and from the display area toward the first separation pillar is greater than a width of a respective one of the plurality of metal layer along the cross-pillar direction.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a display panel. The display panel may include an array substrate having a display surface and a back surface opposite the display surface; a fingerprint recognition device on a side of the back surface of the array substrate; and a connection portion between the array substrate and the fingerprint recognition device. The connection portion may have a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. A surface of the fingerprint recognition device facing the back surface of the array substrate may be a convex-concave surface comprising a concave surface and a convex surface, and there is a gap between the convex surface and the back surface.
