    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode (“OLED”) display includes a semiconductor layer on a substrate, first and second signal lines on the semiconductor layer, a shield layer on the first and second signal lines, a data line on the shield layer, and an OLED on the data line, where the transistor includes a driving transistor, a second transistor connected to the first signal line and the data line, and a third transistor including a gate electrode connected to the first signal line, a third electrode connected to a second electrode of the driving transistor, and a fourth electrode connected to a gate electrode of the driving transistor, the shield layer includes an overlapped portion overlapping at least a part of the connection portion and non-overlaps the second transistor, and the shield layer is separated from the first and second signal lines with a gap therebetween in a plan view.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes: a display panel including a plurality of pixels and a panel driver for applying a data voltage to pixels by the same pixel-column and performing a sensing operation, which senses the pixels receiving the data voltage. The plurality of pixels include first pixels having a first color and second pixels having a second color different from the first color. After the sensing operation is performed on a first odd-numbered group of the first pixels, the sensing operation is performed on a first even-numbered group of the first pixels. After the sensing operation is performed on the first even-numbered group of the first pixels, the sensing operation is performed on a second odd-numbered group of the second pixels. After the sensing operation is performed on the second odd-numbered group, the sensing operation is performed on a second even-numbered group of the second pixels.

    Abstract: A pixel includes a first transistor having a first electrode connected to a first node, a second electrode connected to a second node, and a gate electrode connected to a third node. The pixel further includes second and third transistors and first and second capacitors. The second transistor is connected between a data line and the third node and has a gate electrode electrically connected to a first scan line. The third transistor is connected between a first power source line connected to a first driving power source and the first node, and has a gate electrode electrically connected to an emission control line. The first capacitor is connected between the first node and the third node, and the second capacitor is connected between the second node and the third node.     Abstract: In an inspecting method of a display device, the method includes: receiving an analog voltage from an external device; generating a first touch driving signal having a first potential based on the analog voltage; acquiring first raw data for each channel of touch electrodes by supplying the first touch driving signal to the touch electrodes; generating a second touch driving signal having a second potential higher than the first potential by using a charge pump; acquiring second raw data for each channel of the touch electrodes by supplying the second touch driving signal to the touch electrodes; calculating a ratio between the first raw data and the second raw data; and determining the charge pump is normal, based on the calculated ratio being within a designated range.
