摘要： A valuable-medium processing apparatus includes a receptacle in which valuable mediums are put; an escrow unit that temporarily holds the valuable mediums; a storage unit that stores therein the valuable mediums; a transporting unit including a holding route in which the valuable mediums put in the receptacle are temporarily held in the escrow unit and then transported to the storage unit, and a non-holding route in which the valuable mediums put in the receptacle are transported to the storage unit without being held in the escrow unit; and a control unit that, when a predetermined condition is satisfied, controls the transporting unit to determine a transporting route by selecting one of the holding route and the non-holding route, and transport the valuable mediums via the determined route.

摘要： The invention provides a horizontal shaft type rotary machine capable of simply feeding oil into thrust bearing devices. Leak oil introduction means are provided in the circumferential end parts of thrust bearing devices, for introducing leak oil of lubrication oil from horizontal type slide bearing devices onto slide surfaces of the thrust bearing devices. With this configuration, the thrust baring devices can be lubricated with the use of leak oil of lubrication oil from the horizontal type slide bearing devices, and as a result, it is possible to eliminate the necessity of an oil feed system exclusively used for the thrust bearing devices, thereby it is possible to simplify the pipe line arrangement of the oil feed system and the control of oil feed quantity.

摘要： A rotary electric machine which is smoothly operated with high efficiency by adequately controlling the cooling gas flow as needed to keep the highest temperature inside the rotary electric machine below a predetermined limit. The rotary electric machine includes a stator with armature windings wound around a stator core, a rotor placed inside the stator in a rotatable manner, and a cooling device for controlling cooling gas flow. It further includes a device for measuring an ambient temperature and a device for detecting armature voltage and/or armature current and/or field current. The temperature inside the rotary electric machine is calculated from the measured ambient temperature, detection value by the detecting device and an directive value of cooling gas flow. And a calculated suitable value of cooling gas flow is determined according to the calculated temperature inside the rotary electric machine.

摘要： There is provided an electric rotary machine having, in particular, a large capacity, in which a volume of cooling air is ensured for the axially center part thereof so as to make the temperature distribution uniform in the axial direction of the rotor and the stator. Each of gas coolers in the electric rotary machine is divided into not less than two of passage parts in which streams run in two directions in opposite to each other are created, and a stator-cooling connection passage is formed so as to connect not less than two passage parts located in the radially outward part of the stator 2 and axially defined by partition walls with the passage parts in the gas coolers in the electric rotary machine. With this arrangement, cold gas can be led into the axially center part of the stator without increasing the total ventilation resistance, and accordingly, it is possible to prevent occurrence of temperature rise in the axially center parts of the stator and the rotor, which would be caused in the electric rotary machine having, in particular, a large capacity.
