The present invention is directed to pharmaceutical compositions, and methods of making such compositions, comprising microparticles containing melperone and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, or ester thereof; a layer of alkaline buffer, and a controlled-release coating. The present invention is also directed to pharmaceutical dosage forms, including orally disintegrating tablets, conventional tablets, and capsules, and methods for their preparation.

A continuity check method includes the following steps. A maintenance domain (MD) group is maintained in a network, in which the MD group includes a plurality of maintenance end points (MEPs) in the network, and an MD group information base is configured, and the MD group information base stores information about the plurality of MEPs. According to the information stored in the MD group information base, a continuity check message is initiated, and then, the continuity in the network is determined according to information returned from the plurality of MEPs in the MD. An MEP network system is further provided. Through the method and the system, no mis-check of the continuity will occur when the MEPs in the MD group initiate the continuity check.
Abstract:
A method and device for error correction of data in an optical disc is provided in the present invention. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining the description information about the error data read from an optical disc; sending request information for error correction, based on the description information, to a network server, where the network server stores the backup data corresponding to the data on the optical disc and the request information for error correction comprises the request for downloading the backup data corresponding to the error data; and replacing the error data with the downloaded backup data, so as to play the optical disc correspondingly. The method and device provided in the present invention can repair data error of various kinds and provide a playing effect of equal quality with the expected playing effect when data is not damaged.

A method includes (a) performing image deblur at the original size of underexposed and normally exposed images when their original image size is small. Otherwise, the method includes (b) downsizing the images and performing image deblur on the downsized images. The image deblur on downsized images includes (c) applying a global color transfer between the images if their difference of average gray values is small. Otherwise, the method includes four successive sub-procedures: (d) histogram customizing of the underexposed image based on the normally exposed image; (e) region segmentation for the histogram-customized underexposed image and local alignment of regions in the histogram-customized underexposed image with the normally exposed image; (f) color tuning for the histogram-customized underexposed image based on the local alignment and a global alignment between the underexposed and the normally exposed images; and (g) local color transfer with multi-size neighbor windows from between the images.

A method and apparatus for wireless transmit receive unit (WTRU) to transmit a time transmission interval (TTI) bundle. The TTI bundle conflicts with a measurement gap, and the WTRU is configured to construct TTI bundle comprising a plurality of sub-frames, determine at least one of the plurality of sub-frames is in conflict with a measurement gap, determine a first of the plurality of sub-frames not in conflict with the measurement gap, associate the first of the plurality of sub-frames not in conflict with the measurement gap with a first redundancy version (RV), and transmit the first of the plurality of sub-frames in association with the first RV.

A method of automatically detecting and tracking successive frames in a region of interesting by an electronic imaging device includes: decomposing a frame into intensity, color and direction features according to human perceptions; filtering an input image by a Gaussian pyramid to obtain levels of pyramid representations by down sampling; calculating the features of pyramid representations; using a linear center-surround operator similar to a biological perception to expedite the calculation of a mean value of the peripheral region; using the difference of each feature between a small central region and the peripheral region as a measured value; overlaying the pyramid feature maps to obtain a conspicuity map and unify the conspicuity maps of the three features; obtaining a saliency map of the frames by linear combination; and using the saliency map for a segmentation to mark an interesting region of a frame in the large region of the conspicuity maps.

A dual-mode broadband modem operative to operate in a service mode and a surveillance mode is disclosed. Generally, the dual-mode broadband modem comprises a primary communication device; a secondary communication device; a central processing unit in communication with the primary and secondary communication devices; and a memory unit in communication with the central processing unit. In the service mode, the primary communication device communicates with a broadband service provider and the central processing unit stores historical information regarding performance of the primary communication device in the memory unit. If an interruption in broadband service is detected, or the performance of the primary communication device falls below a predetermined threshold, the dual-mode broadband modem switches to surveillance mode and the secondary communication device is activated. The secondary communication device communicates with the broadband service provider to send at least a portion of the historical information regarding performance of the primary communication device to the broadband service provider for processing to determine a source of the interruption in broadband service or a source of the decreased performance of the primary communication device.
