    Abstract: Method of combusting hydrocarbon fuel to form combustion products low in nitrogen dioxide (NO2) and carbon monoxide (CO) and mixing the combustion products with additional air to provide a heated air stream suitable for heating enclosed spaces includes the following steps: (a) delivering a fuel stream to a burner assembly; (b) delivering a combustion air stream to the burner assembly; (c) combining the fuel and air streams within a combustion chamber and heat exchanger wherein the mixture is ignited, completely combusted, and the temperature of the products of combustion are reduced; (d) providing tempering air to the external side of the combustion chamber and heat exchanger to transfer heat away from the combustion gases to tempering air; (e) combining the partially heated tempering air and cooled combustion products low in NO2 and CO; and (f) discharging the mixture into a space to be heated.

    Abstract: An apparatus for closing a wall of a body lumen to deploy a closure element. The apparatus comprises a resettable triggering system which may be slideably moved within a housing to advance a carrier assembly and/or locating assembly, and which deploys the closure element. Upon deployment of a closure element, the carrier assembly may be positioned in a distal position and locked in place within a housing. The lock may be effected by a flexible snap fit interlocking feature which is selectively releasable. Release of the locking feature may be performed by externally insertable tools which engage the flexible snap fit and release the interlocking features. The triggering system may also include a catch which is released upon deployment of a closure element. The catch can be reset to allow the triggering system to be re-engaged into a pre-deployment condition and position.

    Abstract: A liquid soap dispenser having a permanent housing permits simplified insertion and replacement of disposable fluid reservoirs. The housing includes an actuator assembly which is cycled by a lever between first and second positions. The actuator assembly couples to a piston element of a piston pump carried on the reservoir. The piston element includes resiliently deformable fingers which act to secure the piston element to the actuator assembly for sliding movement therewith. If, on insertion of a replacement reservoir, the reservoir is positioned uncoupled from the actuator assembly, on first cycling of the actuator assembly the fingers deform to permit movement of the actuator assembly relative to the piston element and move towards a coupled orientation. In the coupled orientation, the fingers return to an undeformed configuration securing the piston element to the actuator assembly.
