    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless communication device may generate a Reed Muller generating matrix for an information bit vector that includes a plurality of information bits. The wireless communication device may remove, from the Reed Muller generating matrix, a row vector consisting of all 1-values to form a modified Reed Muller generating matrix. The wireless communication device may encode the information bit vector using the modified Reed Muller generating matrix to form a codeword. The wireless communication device may transmit the codeword without transmitting a pilot signal or demodulation reference signal for the codeword. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may perform communications between the UE and a base station based at least in part on a set of semi-persistent resource occasions. The UE may receive a downlink control information releasing the set of semi-persistent resource occasions. The UE may determine a release time to release the set of semi-persistent resource occasions, wherein the release time for releasing the set of semi-persistent resource occasions is with respect to a receive time of the downlink control information. The UE may release the set of semi-persistent resource occasions at the release time based at least in part on the downlink control information.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that provide improved repetition techniques for autonomous uplink transmissions. Configuration information may be provided from a base station to a user equipment (UE) for autonomous uplink transmissions, that may indicate initial resources for an initial uplink transmission slot and retransmission resources for a number of retransmissions. Time resources within the retransmission resources may be configured to provide enhanced reliability, such as by being configured in non-contiguous slots to avoid one or more other transmission channels. Time resources within slots may also be configured to prevent persistent collisions with autonomous uplink transmissions or retransmissions of two or more different UEs.

    Abstract: One apparatus may be configured to transmit a set of reference signals on shared resources of a first communication link and a second communication link, the set of reference signals indicating an interference channel on the shared resources. The apparatus may further communicate data or control information on the first communication link following transmission of the set of reference signals. Another apparatus may be configured to detect a signal on shared resources of a first communication link and a second communication link, the signal being indicating an interference channel on the shared resources. The other apparatus may further perform channel estimation on the interference channel based on detecting the signal. The other apparatus may further communicate data or control information on the first communication link based on the channel estimation on the interference channel.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may generate multiple orthogonal demodulation reference signal (DMRS) sequences associated with multiple orthogonal DMRS ports based at least in part on a pi/2 binary phase shift keying (BPSK) based DMRS base sequence and based at least in part on utilizing at least one of a frequency-domain comb structure or a time-domain orthogonal cover code (OCC), wherein the multiple orthogonal DMRS ports are associated with different UEs; determine a DMRS port, of the multiple orthogonal DMRS ports, to be used in association with a transmission of pi/2 BPSK modulated data; and transmit the pi/2 BPSK modulated data and a DMRS sequence, of the multiple orthogonal DMRS sequences, associated with the DMRS port.
