Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive configuration information indicating: a first configuration of multiple control resource set (CORESET) pool indexes for a first component carrier and for a second component carrier, and a second configuration of a first set of multiple timing advance groups (TAGs) for the first component carrier and a second set of one or more TAGS for the second component carrier, wherein the second set of one or more TAGs is configured based at least in part the first set of multiple TAGs. The UE may transmit one or more communications via the first component carrier and the second component carrier based at least in part the first set of multiple TAGs and the second set of one or more TAGS. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A wireless communication device may receive control signaling that indicates a change in one or more radio frequency thresholds for wireless signaling. The wireless communication device may perform, as part of an in-band clipping procedure, noise repetition and noise shaping to reduce a peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) associated with the wireless signaling. The noise repetition and the noise shaping may include generating a set of values with one or more first values and one or more second values. The one or more first values may be associated with an error margin between a sample of a wireless communication signal and a clipping threshold. The one or more second values may be inversions of the one or more first values. The wireless communication device may apply the set of values to the wireless communication signal to reduce PAPR.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a network node may receive, from a network entity, a configuration of a codebook associated with a reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) pattern. The network node may receive, from the network entity, an indication of a codeword in the codebook that is potentially associated with RIS element failure based at least in part on one or more RIS attributes. The network node may perform an RIS failure mitigation based at least in part on the indication. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network entity, such as a base station, may receive, from a first network entity, a broadcast indicating a downlink control channel transmission pattern associated with the first network entity. The network entity may monitor a plurality of receive beams for a plurality of downlink control channel transmissions from the first network entity according to the downlink control channel transmission pattern and may select a communication beam according to one or more cross-link interference (CLI) measurements associated with one or more of the plurality of receive beams in accordance with the monitoring. The network entity may communicate with a user equipment using the selected communication beam and a first set of resources that at least partially overlap in time and frequency with a scheduled communication at the first network entity. The network entity may experience or may cause the measured CLI.

DIFFERENTIATION OF FULL DUPLEX (FD) TRAFFIC SCHEDULING COMBINATIONS IN A WIRELESS WIDE AREA NETWORK (WWAN)

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer-readable media, for implementing signaling for indicating a scheduled full duplex (FD) uplink (UL) and downlink (DL) traffic scheduling combination for differentiation of FD traffic. In some aspects, a BS may transmit a downlink control information (DCI) message that includes an indication of the scheduled FD UL and DL traffic scheduling combination. The FD UL and DL traffic scheduling combination may identify scheduled UL and DL transmissions for FD mode operation. The UE may receive the DCI message and identify the scheduled FD UL and DL traffic scheduling combination. In some aspects, the BS may provide a DCI message to the UE that indicates whether a DL transmission is being scheduled that at least partially overlaps with a scheduled UL transmission. The UE may initiate a power save mode based on the received DCI message.
