    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communications, and more particularly, to maintain phase coherence for repetitions of uplink channel transmissions across slot boundaries. One example method includes receiving, from a network entity, phase coherence configuration information indicating that the UE is to maintain phase coherence for repetitions of uplink channel transmissions that cross slot boundaries; receiving scheduling information scheduling a plurality of repetitions of an uplink channel transmission; determining, based on the scheduling information, that the scheduled plurality of repetitions of the uplink channel transmission will cross one or more slot boundaries; and transmitting the plurality of repetitions of the uplink channel transmission based on the scheduling information and the phase coherence configuration information.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine a first power control parameter associated with a first uplink transmission from the UE, wherein the first power control parameter is based on at least one of: an adjusted target power for the first uplink transmission, an adjusted scaling factor for the first uplink transmission, a first parameter based at least in part on a self-interference associated with the UE, a second parameter based at least in part on a code rate or a modulation and coding scheme associated with a downlink transmission for the UE, or a combination thereof; and transmit, to a base station, the first uplink transmission based at least in part on the first power control parameter.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may perform an operation to obtain one or more channel state information (CSI) resources (e.g., new resources) from a set of resources indicated by a CSI report configuration. For example, the UE may aggregate or separate respective resources of the set of resources to obtain one or more CSI resources. The operation may be performed based on a first number of antenna ports associated with each resource of the set of resources and a second number of antenna ports associated with a codebook configuration. Thus, performing the operation may result in the UE forming one or more CSI resources for measuring CSI on the one or more CSI resources. The UE may transmit a CSI report based on measuring the CSI for a set of reference signals received on the one or more CSI resources.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first device (e.g., a user equipment (UE)) may receive signaling indicating a set of channel state information (CSI) report configurations for sidelink communications between the first device and a second device. The first device may then receive a request from the second device for a CSI report according to a first CSI report configuration from the set of CSI report configurations. The first device may perform channel measurements based on receiving the request and may generate the CSI report using the channel measurements according to the first CSI configuration. In some cases, the first device may determine whether to additionally generate the CSI report using one or more previous channel measurements based on whether the previous channel measurements were taken according to the same CSI report. The first device may then transmit the generated CSI report to the second device.
