Abstract: A user equipment (UE) receives, from a network entity, a message indicating a change in a set of downlink beams for channel state information reference signals (CSI-RSs), and a context associated with the change. The UE saves state values in an auto-encoder neural network in response to receiving the message and associates the saved state values in the auto-encoder neural network to the context in the received message. The UE also resets the state values in the auto-encoder neural network in response to receiving the message and estimates a channel state based on the CSI-RSs received on the changed set of downlink beams. The UE compresses the channel state with the auto-encoder neural network based on the reset state values and further sends to the network entity, the compressed channel state.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit channel state information (CSI) that is based on an estimated cross link interference (CLI) at the UE. For example, a network node may transmit a control message to a first UE that indicates one or more candidate precoding matrices associated with uplink precoding at a second UE. The first UE may receive a CSI-reference signal (CSI-RS) associated with estimation of a channel between the first UE and the network node and may receive a CLI-reference signal (CLI-RS) associated with estimation of a CLI channel between the first UE and the second UE. The bandwidth of the CLI-RS may be based on a measurement rule. The first UE may generate CSI based on the CSI-RS, the CLI channel, and one or more of the candidate precoding matrices and transmit a CSI report including the CSI.

Abstract: Aspects relate to mechanisms for wireless communication devices to report sub-band (SB) channel state information (SB-CSI). A UE receives a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission from a base station. The UE transmits either an acknowledgement (ACK) transmission or a negative acknowledgement (NACK) transmission to the base station in response to a reception of the PDSCH transmission. The UE determines whether to transmit a sub-band (SB) channel state information (SB-CSI) report to the base station based on whether the ACK transmission is transmitted to the base station or whether the NACK transmission is transmitted to the base station.

A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a control signal scheduling the UE to receive a downlink message from the base station using a set of time and frequency resources. The UE may identify an aggressor UE attempting to receive uplink communications, downlink communications, or both, transmitted between the UE and the base station and determine a transmit power for transmitting a jamming signal to the aggressor UE during the set of time and frequency resources. The UE may apply a jamming signal power scheme to the jamming signal by either using the determined transmit power or adjusting the determined transmit power in accordance with the jamming signal power scheme.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may perform a measurement operation to attain multiple measurements to report to a base station. The measurements may correspond to a first number of bits if reported. The UE may compress the measurements using an encoder neural network (NN) to obtain an encoder output indicating the measurements. This encoder output may include a second number of bits that is less than the first number of bits. The UE may report the encoder output to the base station in this compressed form. At the base station, the encoder output may be decompressed according to a decoder NN. Once the base station decompresses the encoder output, the UE and base station may communicate according to the measurements determined from the decompression. In some cases, the base station may perform load redistribution based on the measurements.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may adjust a transmission parameter, associated with an uplink transmission from the UE, such that a phase for the uplink transmission is continuous across symbols of the uplink transmission. Adjusting the transmission parameter includes at least one of: rate-matching, puncturing, or power scaling one or more of the symbols within the uplink transmission, modifying at least one of a modulation and coding scheme or a power associated with a downlink transmission to the UE, or a combination thereof. The UE may further transmit, to a base station, the uplink transmission based at least in part on adjusting the transmission parameter. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive an uplink grant that indicates scheduling information for an uplink shared channel transmission by the UE. The UE may also receive a downlink grant scheduling feedback information to be piggybacked on the uplink shared channel transmission, and may determine whether the downlink grant has been received after the uplink grant. The UE may then select from a set of resources indicated in the uplink grant, or determine that a feedback piggybacking condition has been met based on the downlink grant. The UE may perform the uplink shared channel transmission to the base station, in some cases including the feedback information.
