    摘要: A tandem windbar system for a flexible curtain rollup door includes a first windbar adapted to be guided in opposed guide channels of a door assembly and supported by flexible strap members which are secured at one end to a rotatable drum for rolling a flexible curtain closure member onto and off of the drum to open and close the door. Opposite ends of the strap members are secured to stationary structure, such as the upper ends of opposed guide channels for the door curtain and the first windbar. A second windbar is supported below the first windbar by opposed flexible straps which are operably connected at one end to the first windbar by a bearing tube member which may rotate relative to and is supported on the first windbar. The straps of the second set are trained around and support the second windbar and are connected at their opposite ends to the curtain drum for rolling onto and off of the drum. The second windbar ascends and descends at 1.50 times the speed of the first windbar during opening and closing movements of the door curtain to position the second windbar midway between the first windbar and the lower edge of the door curtain in the closed position. The second windbar is also positioned directly adjacent the first windbar in an open position of the door and directly below the curtain support drum.

Somewhat hook shaped wind lock members are secured to the closure member at the side edges, respectively for engagement with the wind lock members in the guide tracks. Drum support brackets include laterally extending tab members insertable through openings in web portions of the guide tracks for rapid assembly of the drum support brackets to the guide tracks. Closure member bottom edge stop members are mounted on the guide tracks adjacent the upper end thereof and are also provided with spaced apart tab members which extend through openings formed in flanges of the guide tracks for rapidly securing the stop members to the guide tracks.

For moving the screening body (1) in an unrolling direction, the pull-element (12, 13; 24) is guided from the winding device along both opposite main frame or sash side sections of the window for connection with the bottom rail (4), whereas the movement of the screening body in the opposite rolling up direction is effected by a spring force acting on said roller (2) during simultaneous unwinding of the pull-element from the winding device. The pull-element (12, 13; 24) may be connected with a separate bar profile (5) designed for after-mounting on a bottom rail (4) for a screening device already installed.

    摘要: An electric-powered shutter apparatus to be mounted to a building. A winding drum (4) of an electric-powered shutter device (1) is provided with a driving mechanism including an electric motor (7) and a single-directional rotary clutch device (8). A balance tension device (9) is provided at the other end of the apparatus. The clutch device (8) is configured to slip when the load of the rotation in the direction of the curtain being fed exceeds a certain load. Further, the load at which the clutch device (8) slips is set so as to be greater than the force for forcibly rotating the electric motor when disconnected from electric power. The balancing tension device (9) is balanced against the sum of the weight of the shutter curtain (2) and the load for forcibly rotating the electric motor (7). Thus, the need for a braking device for the electric-powered shutter apparatus to be mounted to a building is eliminated.
