摘要: Systems and methods are described to transfer content from a first computing device to a second computing that is not directly accessible from the first computing device. The transfer may be carried out using an application operating on the first computing device that uploads the content to the cloud storage service. The second computing device may operate an application that monitors the cloud storage service for recently uploaded content. When the second computing device detects that content has been uploaded to the cloud storage service, the second computing device may download the content. The second computing device may update a manifest file located on the cloud storage service to indicate that the content was downloaded. Subsequently, the first computing device may access the manifest file and determine that content was downloaded.

The recording medium also includes the first audio streams that can be played at the same time with the first luminance video in this playback section being all listed in the first combination information.

Random access is possible even if the GOP interval is lengthened.

摘要: Provided is an image encoding device including circuitry configured to generate a file with clean random access (CRA) information, which identifies CRA pictures in the image and which is set in a header region of a file that includes the header region and a data region within which a series of encoded image data associated with actual data of the image is stored, wherein the file is an MP4 format file, wherein the CRA information is sample group information grouping a plurality of CRA pictures, wherein the CRA information includes previous picture information used to identify a previous picture which is previous to each CRA picture in a presentation order and is not encoded normally at a time of random access to the CRA picture, and wherein output of the previous picture from the image encoding device is skipped based on the previous picture information.

A user can therefore find an object chapter and scene quickly and easily.

A memory stores a library of image data including media generated at a time prior to the viewing time. A digital video data controller selects from the image data in the library, at the viewing time and based on the vantage position data, a plurality of second images corresponding to a modifying scene at the setting, the modifying scene further corresponding to the vantage position. A combiner combines the first video image and the plurality of second images to create a composite image for display.

摘要: The present technology relates to a reception apparatus and a data processing method that permit efficient processing of time information.The reception apparatus receives a digital broadcasting signal based on an IP transport scheme, acquires time information from a physical layer frame transported in a physical layer of a protocol stack for the IP transport scheme, converts the acquired time information into the same data format as data provided in a payload of the physical layer frame, and outputs the converted time information to a processing section that performs a given process relating to an upper layer that is a layer higher than the physical layer. The present technology is applicable, for example, to a television receiver that supports an IP transport scheme.

摘要: An image processing apparatus which is capable of carrying out a refocusing process for an image. A plurality of pieces of unprocessed data on which developing process has not been carried out are obtained. A developing process is carried out on the piece of unprocessed data to obtain a piece of processed data, and a subject recognition process is carried out on the processed data to identify a main subject from among a plurality of subjects included in the processed data. And based on a phase difference between the plurality of pieces of unprocessed data, results of the developing process on the plurality of pieces of unprocessed data are synthesized together so that the main subject can be brought into focus.
