摘要: An electronic musical score apparatus 1 includes display units D1, D2 connected to each other to be openable and closeable, and can convert a writing made on display portions 11, 12 by a user into annotation data 1, associated with musical score page data but being manageable separately from the musical score page data, and store the annotation data 1. When an image of the associated musical score page data is displayed together with an image of the annotation data 1 on the display portions 11, 12 and then the user rewrites the annotation data 1, the electronic musical score apparatus 1 can provide a write history for the annotation data 1 by storing the annotation data 1 before the rewriting as first-generation annotation data 1 and storing the annotation data 1 after the rewriting as second-generation annotation data 1.

摘要: In the Play By Number Music Notation System a grand staff is placed on top with multiple keyboard images aligned underneath. Each keyboard image represents one “CHUNK” of the song (a melodic phrase) and is identified with a letter (A, B, C, . . . ) on the right side and numbers on the left (01, 02, 03 . . . ) to show the sequence each chunk is played. Numbers are placed on the white keys indicating the order the keys are pressed (i.e. 1-12 . . . ) and the duration by using the familiar plain, bold, bold-italic from printing to indicate short, long and longer. When numbers are placed on the line between two keys this indicates you move up the line and play the black key. No need to indicate sharp(#) or flat(b). One simple follows the numbers pressing each key in sequence until the chunk is done.

Embodiments of the present invention can be used to determine compatibility between a known melody capable of being generated by a pitch generation system and a first performance profile associated with a first performer that performs in conjunction with the pitch generation system. Embodiments of the present invention can be further used to determine an appropriate key to update one or more pitches associated with the known melody, to be generated by the pitch generation system during the performance by the first performer, based on the compatibility between the first performance profile and the known melody.

摘要: A storage device stores a plurality of sets of tone setting information, each of the sets of tone setting information including one or more tone setting parameters. The storage device also stores, for each of the sets of tone setting information, a link ID identifying a link set in association with the set of tone setting information. Processing is performed to cause, based on the link IDs, settings of the tone setting parameters to match between a plurality of sets of the tone setting information having a same link ID. A selected set of the tone setting information is editable in accordance with a user operation. In accordance with the editing, processing is performed to cause a setting of any one of the tone setting parameters in one or more other sets of the tone setting information, having a same link ID as the link ID associated with the edited set of the tone setting information, to match a setting of the tone setting parameter in the edited set of the tone setting information.
