    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a leveling control method, device and system, a motor grader. The leveling control method includes: acquiring elevations of a current position of a blade of a motor grader and a target position, and a movement speed of the motor grader, wherein the target position is on the ground with a certain horizontal distance from the current position along a movement direction of the motor grader; determining a movement time of the blade from the current position to the target position from the horizontal distance and the movement speed; determining a lifting speed of a lifting cylinder from an elevation difference between the elevation of the target position and the elevation of the current position and the movement time; and controlling the lifting cylinder to adjust the blade to move from the current position to the target position according to the lifting speed.

    Abstract: An earth working implement has a main frame, a main blade supported on the main frame transversely to the forward direction, and two wing blades pivotally supported at opposing ends of the main blade for movement between forward and rearward projecting orientations. A tilt actuator controls angular orientation of the main blade relative to the main frame about a lateral axis. Two rear wheels support the rear end of the frame for rolling along the ground. A hitch arm extends forwardly from a pivotal connection of the main frame for connection to a towing vehicle so as to vary in angular orientation relative to the main frame independently of the main blade. Furrow openers in a laterally spaced apart row are movable relative to the main frame between a working position protruding below the cutting edge of the main blade and a raised storage position.

The automatic decelerator portion obtains the first-speed regulating revolving speed based on the first control information and the operation extent when the traveling motor is at the second speed, and performs the automatic deceleration when the motor revolving speed is equal to or less than the first-speed regulating revolving speed.

    Abstract: A motor grader having an articulated frame that includes a first front frame portion and a second rear frame portion that is angularly moving with respect to the first frame portion around a pivoting axis. A front steering system includes front wheels that are movable around a steering axis with respect to the articulated frame and around leaning axis transversal to the steering axis so that the front wheels may turn and lean during steering operation. A control unit receives as an input a control signal representing a steering angle and outputs steering actuation commands for an hydraulic actuating system of the front steering system and for a hydraulic actuating system of the articulated frame realizing synchronized and proportional angular movements of the front wheels around the steering and leaning axes and of the first and second portions of the frame around the pivoting axis.

    Abstract: A system automatically controls a work machine including a work implement. The system includes a load sensor and a processor. The load sensor detects load data indicative of a load applied to the work implement. The processor acquires the load data. The processor executes a load reduction control in order to cause the work machine to operate so as to reduce the load based on the load applied to the work implement during digging. The processor records, as a reference position, a position of the work machine when the load applied to the work implement during the digging becomes a predetermined threshold or greater. The processor determines a next starting position based on the reference position. The processor controls the work machine to start next digging from the next starting position.

    Abstract: A motor grader including a main frame, an operational frame movable relative to the main frame about a primary joint, and a plurality of hydraulic cylinders configured to adjust a position of the operational frame relative to the main frame, where each cylinder of the plurality of cylinders is movable between an extended position and a retracted position to adjust the length thereof. The motor grader further includes a processor configured to receive a signal indicating a desired cross slope of the operational frame, receive a signal identifying one of the plurality of cylinders as a lead cylinder, determine a desired position of the operational frame that achieves the desired cross slope of the operational frame, estimate a current position of the operational frame by monitoring a length of the lead cylinder, and adjust the position of the operational frame by controlling a follower cylinder of the plurality of cylinders to create the desired cross slope.
