A coherent integration enhancement circuit section converts a phase angle θ of each of the I and Q integrated correlation values (IQ coordinate values) into a double angle, and further integrates the converted I and Q integrated correlation values (IQ coordinate values) to calculate I and Q enhanced integrated correlation values. An incoherent integration circuit section performs an incoherent integration process on the I and Q enhanced integrated correlation values. A coherent integration time T1 of the correlation circuit section is set to be 20 ms or less, and an integration time T2 of the coherent integration enhancement circuit section is set to be longer than 20 ms.

    摘要: A low complexity acquisition method and a receiver implemented such a method are disclosed. In the present invention, a cyclical shifted-and-combined (CSC) code is generated by intercepting sub-codes from a full code and combining the sub-codes with an equal gain. The CSC code is correlated with a received signal to find a candidate peak. The other candidate peak(s) can be deduced accordingly. Thus, hypotheses can be significantly reduced. A true peak can be easily and rapidly found by verifying the candidate peaks.

A second communication device (2, 2a) receives the repeatedly sent signal sequence, wherein a first series of consecutive individual signals of the repeatedly sent digital signal sequence is received (S1) first, the number of individual signals corresponding to the number of consecutive individual signals prescribed for the digital signal sequence. The sequence of individual signals is converted into a sequence of symbol values representing the individual signals and stored in a register (24). Further sequences of individual signals received at a defined time interval after the first sequence of individual signals are also converted into symbol value sequences and superimposed on the sequence stored in the register (24).
