摘要: A method for producing plate arrangements and using these for cooling gaseous blow-off in electric installation devices, produces a plate stack, which is formed in a cuboidal shape, with a stack length and a stack width. The plate stack is made of shaped rectangular sheets which are produced using a shaping process and are sheet-metal strips of a uniform thickness. First shaped sheets with a uniform length which corresponds to the stack length and second shaped sheets with a width which corresponds maximally to the stack width are used. The shaped sheets are stacked one on top of the other after being shaped such that multiple continuous cavities, i.e., slots, are formed in the longitudinal direction of the stack parallel to the uniform length, and the shaped sheets are connected to one another in a captive mariner so as to form a self-supporting structure of a plate stack.

摘要: A plate fin heat exchanger is configured to receive hot flow from a hot source and cool flow from a cool source. The plate fin heat exchanger includes a plurality of plates arranged in parallel to define a plurality of flow passages there between, and a set of closure bars arranged at a first side of the plurality of plates to seal a first set of the flow passages against ingress of the hot flow, thereby directing the hot flow into a second set of the flow passages. Each respective closure bar includes an inner core formed of a first material having a first coefficient of thermal expansion and an outer cladding arranged about the inner core, the outer cladding formed of a second material having a second coefficient of thermal expansion. The first coefficient of thermal expansion is less than the second coefficient of thermal expansion.

摘要: A heat exchanger assembly for an inert gas system includes a ram air inlet flange, a ram air outlet flange, and a core coupled to the ram air inlet flange and the ram air outlet flange. The core includes a fin assembly having a plurality of hot layers and ram air layers. The hot layers have an effective hot flow length, the ram air layers have an effective cold flow length, and the fin assembly has a no flow length. A ratio of the effective hot flow length to the effective cold flow length is between 9.23 and 10.32. A ratio of the no flow length to the cold flow length is between 21.86 and 25.23.

摘要: A heat exchanger unit has tubes each having a body section and at least one of an inner pipe section and an outer pipe section extending from the body section and defining an opening at an end. Each of the inner pipe section and the outer pipe section has a first portion and a second portion adjacent to the first portion. The tubes are stacked such that the body sections are spaced from each other. Further, the inner pipe section is received in the outer pipe section such that the first portion of the inner pipe section overlaps the first portion of the outer pipe section, and the second portions of the inner and outer pipe sections are located on opposite sides of the overlapped first portions. The first and second portions of the inner pipe section have an outer diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the first and second portions of the outer pipe section.

摘要: A flat pipe includes a hollow body having a pair of upper and lower walls extending substantially parallel to each other, and opposite lateral sides joined thereto, and a plurality of spacers closely fit between the upper and lower walls of the body and interconnected by a permeable sheet. The spacers are arranged at equal intervals to define a plurality of parallel fluid passages. The spacers are fused to opposite sides of the sheet in alternating relationship so that the sheet is inclined between adjacent spacers. The spacers are resistant to compression and deformation.

摘要: A plate-fin heat exchanger having two fluid channels. The first fluid channel is defined by two flat plates opposed to each other at a specified spacing, and a first channel forming member interposed between the flat plates. The channel forming member is in the form of an aluminum extrudate comprising a pair of right and left spacing side walls and a hollow connecting wall interconnecting the side walls and wavelike in the cross section of at least one of its upper and lower surfaces. The second fluid channel is defined by two flat plates opposed to each other at a specified spacing, a pair of spacing side wall portions provided therebetween and a fin member positioned between the side wall portions.
