    摘要: This invention refers to a pumping unit for drilling oil in the field of oil prospecting equipment, comprising an oil well stem (120) which alters the length of said stem (120). The halter adjustment mechanism applied to a pumping unit for oil drilling comprises a fixed body (10) fitted with a peripheral support for fixing the steel cables (11) attached to the head (110) of the pumping unit (100). On the periphery of the fixed body (10) guides (12) are placed, wherein the peripheral support is displaced, a position sensor (121) being provided on the top end of such guide (12). The movement control mechanism of a mobile body within a rigid head of a pumping unit, which is the object of this invention, comprises equipment composed of a fixed portion (31) and a mobile portion (36). The fixed portion (31) comprises a reducer set (32), with a differential gear box (33) and the engine thereof (10) and a control system (38). The mobile portion (36) comprises a rotating head (35) over which a mobile body is attached (39), with a worm gear (37), a master gear (34), transfer gears (11), (12) and (13) and a movement system (14).

The current pressure level is between the first pressure level and the second pressure level.     摘要: There is provided a method and system to determine the position of a sucker rod pumping system without a position sensing device during production pumping. A pump control system of the sucker rod pumping system includes a controller coupled to a database, with the controller configured to access an rxless torque value in the database. With the stored rxless torque value representative of toggle points of the crank arm during an initial calibration pumping cycle, the controller further is configured to continuously sample the rxless torque value of the system and determine the crank arm position in relation to the sample rxless torque value. The controller adjusts the pumping system for optimal operations, without a crank arm position sensor during production pumping by identifying a toggle point and setting the crank arm position estimate equal to the value corresponding to the crank position at the identified toggle point.

The electric power saving device preferably detects current and voltage generated from a motor of the pump jack during the up stroke and down stroke and preferably converts the real-time load torque obtained using an AC amplifier and voltage converter. The electric power saving device preferably minimizes the counter electromotive force (Back-EMF) and preferably reduces consumption of electrical energy by automatically reducing speed in a heavy-load during an up stroke, while automatically increasing speed in un-load, during a down stroke. This is preferably done by converting real-time load torque obtained by torque formula and through the output value according to load torque in order to minimize Back-EMF.

    摘要: A system for determining rod position in a rod pumped well is described that includes a laser unit mounted on an underside of the walking beam and a reflector plate mounted on the sampson post of the rod pumped well in a position near the laser unit. The laser transmits a beam onto the reflector plate allowing the laser unit to determine the distance between the laser and the reflector plate. The distance between the laser and reflector plate as determined by the laser is transmitted to a controller which calculates the position of the rod in the rod pumped well based on the distance determined by the laser.
