摘要： A pile connecting metal bracket adapted to be secured to a structure to be supported by a metal pile is described. The bracket has a pair of elongated straight vertical support flanges in a pair of spaced-apart horizontal guide walls secured across the vertical support flanges. The guide wall guides driven hollow metal tubes of the pile. A drive mechanism is removably connected to an attachment. The pile connecting bracket is secured to a structure and the metal tubes of the pile are connected to the metal bracket after the metal pile has been driven into soil to a position of rest whereby the pile can support the structure

摘要： A pile splice section for a spliced prestressed concrete pile includes a prestressed concrete element including a first end and a second end and a plurality of tendons that extend from the first end to the second end. A first end assembly at the first end of the prestressed concrete element includes a first plate coupled to the plurality of tendons. The first end assembly further includes a plurality of internally threaded fasteners embedded in the first end of the prestressed concrete element that are engagable via apertures extending through the first plate. A second end assembly at the second end of the prestressed concrete element includes a second metal plate coupled to the plurality of tendons. 摘要： The invention relates to providing a concrete pile splice between driven reinforced concrete piles to join them together end-to-end, with the ends of both reinforced concrete piles to be joined having an end surface. The joint of each pile includes lock rods provided with pin-receiving holes, cylindrical lock sockets provided with pin-receiving through-holes to which pin-receiving tube-like parts are used to interconnect the lock sockets, and locking pins. A pair of joints forming a splice consists of two similar joint pieces. The joint is installed at the end of the concrete pile during the poured casting process. In order to reduce the cost of manufacture and materials of the splicing pieces and to achieve reliability in operation, they are made by machining or welding. Preferably, the hole (6) in the lock rod and the hole (19a) of the crosswise tunnel (9) extending through the lock socket have an eccentric disposition relative to each other.

摘要： Two pile sections are joined together by interfitting means in their opposed ends. One pile has a plurality of lock bars (7a) extending substantially perpendicular to the end plate (3a), comprised of notches (14a, 14b) formed periphery at the lower portion (14). The other pile has a plurality of lock sockets (7b) mounted substantially perpendicular to the end plate (3b), comprised flaps (13a, 13b) within the cavity, formed from its opposed side walls and bending towards the axis of the lock socket cavity. When in splicing operation of the pile sections (1a, 1b), the lock bars (7a) are introduced into the lock sockets (7b). The locking bar (7a) then prised in between the flaps (13a, 13b) forcing them apart while the flaps (13a, 13b) still maintain its clamping force. The notches (14a, 14b) of the lock bars (7a) then engaged with lower the edges (15) of the flaps (13a, 13b) thus locking the piles together.

摘要： An assembly and method of simultaneously spin drilling and pressure grouting a helical anchor into the ground vertically, horizontally or at an inclined angle create a continuous grouting configuration inside and outside the helical anchor for its entire depth in the ground. The helical anchor is configured to be partially or completely removed as desired and can be provided at its upper end with a tensioning element to post tension a cementitious foundation structure. A unique spin drilling and grouting assembly continuously provides grout under pressure to the interior of the helical anchor during its spin drilling into the ground. In one embodiment, the pressure grouted helical anchor is used with an upwardly extending tensioning element to reinforce cementitious foundation caps or other concrete support foundations.

摘要： A passive annular grout seal assembly is disclosed for sealing an annular opening between a driven pile and a skirt pile sleeve for an offshore platform. The annular seals are located at the bottom of the pile sleeves near sea floor and automatically activated when piles are inserted and driven through the pile sleeves without any active operational procedure during offshore piling. The seal configuration fully utilizes the seal height, the grout column height and the density difference between grout and sea water to produce enhanced sealing capacity against the column of grout above.
