    摘要: The mechanical vibrator is applied to vibrating screens or other equipment and comprises a bearing housing to be affixed to a side wall of the equipment, to carry a pair of bearings which support a shaft having an inner end portion and an outer end portion which respectively affix a first and a second counterweight. The first and the second counterweights have respective first and second eccentric masses of different values and which are positioned and dimensioned so that the first and the second counterweight generate equal loads on the bearings. The second counterweight is constructed to selectively and removably attach a third counterweight presenting a third eccentric mass maintained aligned with the center line of the bearing housing, to provide a variation of the total eccentric mass of the vibrator, without changing the balance of the load distribution on the bearings.

    摘要: A vibration generator comprises two unbalance shafts, which are positively coupled in a contra-rotative manner and whose relative phrase position can be shifted by a phase shifting device. Each of the unbalance shafts supports a main unbalance mass and a partial unbalance mass that can move in relation thereto. The position of the partial unbalance masses on the respective unbalance shafts can be actively altered within a large range by adjusting devices. The resulting vibration vector generated by the vibration generator can set in a diverse manner with regard to direction and magnitude.

    摘要: An unbalanced vibrator for compacting concrete components during their manufacture has a vibrating table, unbalance shafts arranged on the vibrating table, and electronic motors allocated to the unbalance shafts in order to drive them, wherein the electronic motors have a device for the control and/or regulation of the rotational speed and/or the relative phase position of the unbalance shafts. The unbalanced vibrators of this type should be adjustable in an extremely rapid manner, in order to shorten manufacturing processes. For this purpose the electronic motors are designed as servo-motors and are provided with a device having sine-cosine transmitters, which determine the angular position and rotational speed of the unbalance shafts, such that the entire regulation/control can occur in a fully digitalized manner.
