Abstract: A magnetic-inductive flowmeter includes: a measuring tube; a magnetic field generator including a pole shoe for producing in the medium a magnetic field extending perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, wherein the pole shoe subtends a field central angle; and at least two measuring electrode components in galvanic contact with the medium, wherein the measuring electrode components have a circular arc length, which subtends an electrode central angle, wherein the field and electrode central angles are so adapted relative to one another that the flowmeter is insensitive to departures from a rotationally symmetric flow to a degree such that the magnetic-inductive flowmeter has in a test measurement a measurement error of flow velocity and/or a measurement error of volume flow of less than 0.2%.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a thermal flowmeter comprising at least one measurement sensor having at least one sensor element for determining a measured value for determining the flow rate of a medium. A measurement transducer determines the flow rate using the determined measured value. A tubular connecting element connects the measurement sensor to the measurement transducer and a protective sleeve is provided, which is mechanically connected to the tubular connecting element. The protective sleeve has a sleeve casing having at least two openings, an inflow opening through which the medium can be delivered to the measurement sensor and an outflow opening through which the medium can flow out of the measurement sensor. The connection between the protective sleeve and the tubular connecting element is a connection which is positively engaged at least in part.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for producing a probe of a thermal flow meter for measuring the mass flow rate of a medium in a measuring tube, the method having the following steps: introducing a probe core in the form of a material to be melted into a first probe casing, the first probe casing having an open first end and a closed second end facing away from the first end; melting the probe core; quenching the probe core to a temperature below the solidification temperature; attaching a thermoelement to a contact surface of the solidified probe core. The invention also relates to a probe obtained according to the production method and to a flow meter including the probes according to the present disclosure.

Abstract: The present disclosure includes a method for producing a printed circuit board having at least one coating includes mixing a first component with a second component of a two component coating system to form a coating mixture by means of a dynamic mixer or by means of a static-dynamic mixer. The method also includes supplying the coating mixture to an output unit, and coating the printed circuit board by outputting the coating mixture using the output unit onto the printed circuit board. The output unit is moved automatically in at least one, two, or three dimensions relative to the printed circuit board. The mixer is connected with the output unit in such a manner that it is moved together with the output unit relative to the printed circuit board. The present disclosure also includes a coating head for performing the method.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for commissioning a magneto-inductive flow measuring device having means for producing a magnetic field and at least one measuring electrode pair for sensing a potential difference in a medium. During the settling time a first voltage time function is applied to the means, wherein after the settling time a measuring time begins, wherein during the measuring time a second voltage time function is applied to the means, wherein the settling time is divided into first time intervals, each of which has a duration, wherein the measuring time is divided into second time intervals, each of which has a duration, wherein an average value of all first interval durations is always less than an average value of all second interval durations.
