    Abstract: A display device includes: a pixel unit including pixels connected to first scan lines, second scan lines, and data lines; a scan driver for supplying a first scan signal to the pixels through the first scan lines at a first frequency and supplying a second scan signal to the pixels through the second scan lines at a second frequency different from the first frequency in a first mode; a first signal supply for supplying an inspection signal to the pixels through at least one of the data lines in response to the first scan signal in a first period of the first mode; and a second signal for supply supplying a bias signal to the pixels through the data lines in response to the first scan signal in a second period of the first mode.

    Abstract: A display device includes an active region including pixels receiving data signals through data lines, and a non-active region on a side of the active region in a first direction and including a pad portion. The display device includes non-active fan-out wirings in the non-active region and connected to the pad portion, signal wirings extending in the first direction across the active region and connected to the pixels, and connection wirings passing through the active region and connecting some of the non-active fan-out wirings and some of the signal wirings. Each of the connection wirings includes first and second extension portions made of a first conductive layer, and a third extension portion made of a second conductive layer different from the first conductive layer. The first and second extension portions extend in the first direction, and the third extension portion extends in a second direction intersecting the first direction.

    Abstract: A display device comprises a substrate including display and peripheral areas, a semiconductor element, a pixel structure, and a plurality of dummy patterns. The semiconductor element is disposed in the display area on the substrate, and the pixel structure is disposed on the semiconductor element. The dummy patterns which have stacked structure are disposed in the peripheral area on the substrate, and contain a material identical to a material constituting the semiconductor element. The dummy patterns are arranged in a grid shape in different layers, and each of the dummy patterns includes a central portion and an edge portion surrounding the central portion. The edge portions of dummy patterns which are adjacent to each other in the different layers among the dummy patterns are overlapped each other in a direction from the substrate to the pixel structure.
