Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The techniques described herein relate to control signaling for multiple radio access technology (RAT) carrier aggregation. A user equipment (UE) receives downlink control information (DCI) for a first RAT (e.g., 5G) and/or a second RAT (e.g., 6G), in a downlink control channel of the first RAT. The UE determines whether the DCI is associated with the first RAT or the second RAT by monitoring different search spaces, different control resource sets (CORESETs), different radio network temporary identifiers (RNTIs), different DCI lengths, different indication fields of the DCI, different capability parameters, and/or wake-up signals, that are associated with the downlink control channel communicated via the first RAT. The UE 115 communicates via the second RAT based on receiving the DCI.

In a further aspect, the first UE receives an indication of a set of resources associated with a data communication from a first device to a second device, wherein the first device and the second device are separate from the first UE, and performs RF-EH on at least part of the set of resources.

Wireless communications systems may employ one or more scheduling constraints to support efficient utilization of techniques for intra-device handling of overlapping scheduled uplink transmissions (e.g., intra-device dynamic resource cancelation and multiplexing) as well as inter-device handling of overlapping scheduled uplink transmissions (e.g., inter-device dynamic resource cancelation and multiplexing). Scheduling constraints may define how a device may apply intra-device and inter-device multiplexing and cancelation rules for various scenarios. For example, a device may apply intra-UE cancelation rules before inter-device cancelation rules. In some examples, later-received grants or uplink preemption indications (ULPIs) may not change a device's previously established decision to drop an uplink transmission. As another example, a device may not expect to receive a grant for an uplink transmission that would arise in subsequent cancelation of that uplink transmission due to a previously-received grant or previously-received ULPI.

Abstract: The techniques described herein may provide for sub-slot based physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) repetition (i.e., back-to-back PUSCH repetition within a slot) according to user equipment (UE) capability. A UE may employ uplink data repetition capability reporting for base station scheduling of uplink data repetition and base station management of the number of transport blocks (TBs) that a UE supports (e.g., processes and transmits for uplink) on a per-slot basis. According to the techniques described herein, a UE may indicate whether it supports mini-slot repetition (e.g., for ultra-reliable low-latency communication (URLLC), enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB), or both) via an uplink data repetition capability report. The uplink data repetition capability report may further indicate a maximum number of supported repetitions per TB, a number of supported TBs per slot, etc., such that a base station may configure or schedule PUSCH repetition based on the UE's reported capability.
