    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for communicating time synchronized data between a client and a server. An example method generally includes synchronizing, by a client, a clock of the client with a clock source. The method also includes transmitting, from the client to a server, at an application level, information indicating the clock source, a cell identifier of a serving cell of the client, and accuracy of the clock source as a time value. The method further includes transmitting, from the client to the server, a message including data and a timestamp correlated to an event associated with the data based on the clock. The method also includes in response to the message, receiving, by the client from the server, generated data.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A device may manage an end-to-end delay budget for wireless communications. The communication device may receive semi-static control signaling indicating a packet delay requirement. The communication device may receive dynamic control signaling from a different device indicating a packet delay measurement for one or more of a packet or a group of packets associated with the wireless communication in one or more of a downlink or an uplink. The communication device may adjust a packet delay parameter to compensate a delay for one or more of the downlink or the uplink based on the packet delay requirement and the packet delay measurement, and may communicate in the downlink, the uplink, or both based on the adjusted packet delay parameter.

    Abstract: In a wireless access network, a false base station (FBS) may imitate a legitimate base station by repeating the transmissions of the legitimate base station at a higher power level such that one or more user equipment (UEs) synchronize with the FBS instead of the legitimate base station. The present disclosure provides a UE that detects an FBS. The UE may estimate a time of arrival of different multipath components of a downlink signal corresponding to a physical cell identity. The UE may determine an existence of FBS based on a difference between the times of arrival of two of the different multipath components exceeding a threshold amount of time. The UE may perform a mitigation operation in response to determining the existence of the FBS.
