Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to applying an uplink (UL) cancellation indication are provided. A UE may receive downlink control information (DCI) from a base station (BS). The DCI may include an uplink (UL) cancellation indication that references a plurality of resources in one or more full-UL slots and one or more full-duplex slots. The UE may refrain, based on the UL cancellation indication, from transmitting a communication in at least one of a first resource of the plurality of resources in the one or more full-UL slots or a second resource of the plurality of resources in the one or more full-duplex slots. Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to an apparatus and method for wireless communication. The apparatus receives downlink control information (DCI) or a radio resource control (RRC) message indicating a configuration of an uplink burst region of a downlink-centric slot, the configuration allocating resources within the uplink burst region between a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) and a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) or uplink control information (UCI). The PUSCH is multiplexed with at least one of the PUCCH or the UCI in the uplink burst region. The apparatus further generates a feedback signal (e.g., Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) acknowledgement (ACK)) corresponding to a downlink (e.g., TCP) data packet received from a scheduling entity and transmits the feedback signal to the scheduling entity via the PUSCH configured in the uplink burst region of the downlink-centric slot. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that provide for service indication via downlink control information (DCI) in which different services have a same DCI size. Techniques provide also that a DCI format may be indicated by a masking operation on a cyclic redundancy check (CRC) of the DCI. The DCI may include an indicator field that may indicate the service of the associated operation. The indication may also be provided via different monitoring occasions of the DCI transmissions that are associated with different services. Different DCI search spaces also may be associated with different services and provide the service indication. Additionally or alternatively, different scrambling sequences used on all or a portion of control information or demodulation reference signal transmissions may be associated with different services.

The base station may transmit the grant repetition parameter to the UE to indicate the first grant repetition configuration. The base station may transmit a repetition of grants in accordance with the first grant repetition configuration. The UE may receive the grant repetition parameter from the base station and determine a grant repetition configuration corresponding to the grant repetition parameter. The UE may monitor for a repetition of grants corresponding to the determined grant repetition configuration.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. An uplink preemption indication (PI) may be transmitted from a serving cell to a user equipment (UE), where the uplink PI indicates that uplink traffic is to be preempted. In some cases, the UE may communicate with the serving cell on a first component carrier (CC) according to a first time division duplexing (TDD) configuration, where the first TDD configuration includes uplink and downlink portions. The serving cell may transmit the uplink PI on a second CC, and the UE may monitor for and receive the uplink PI during downlink portions of the second CC during uplink portions of the first CC. In some cases, the UE may monitor the second CC in accordance with a frequency division duplexing (FDD) configuration. Additionally or alternatively, the UE may monitor the second CC in accordance with a second complementary TDD configuration.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure describe an indication channel for wireless communications that indicates whether an ultra-reliable low-latency communication (URLLC) transmission is present in an enhanced mobile broad band (eMBB) slot. A user equipment (UE) may receive an indication channel identifying one or more resources defined by time domain parts and frequency domain parts that have been punctured by an Ultra-Reliable Low latency Communication (URLLC) transmission. The number of frequency domain parts may be greater than or equal to two. The UE may determine a number of resource block groups (RBGs) in an active band width part (BWP) of the UE. The UE may map the RBGs in the BWP among each of a number of sub-bands equal to the number of frequency domain parts based on a pre-defined rule.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive multiple physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs) in one or more slots along with data traffic, where one of the PDCCHs includes a downlink preemption indication (DLPI) signifying that a portion of the data traffic was preempted. In some cases, the UE may monitor, within a same slot, for both the data traffic and an additional PDCCH carrying the DLPI and then transmit, within the same slot, a feedback message based on attempting to decode the data traffic, taking into account the DLPI. Additionally, the UE may receive the data traffic via a first service, where the DLPI indicates a second service preempts the first service. In some cases, the DLPI may be transmitted based on the UE being capable of processing the data traffic and transmitting the feedback message within the same slot.

Abstract: Techniques are described herein for collision handling in uplink transmissions. A user equipment (UE) may have more information to transmit during an uplink transmission than the allocated resources can handle. The UE may identify that an uplink transmission includes a plurality of different channels. The UE may exclude service types or scale the transmit power of service types based on performing a prioritization of the different channels in the uplink transmission. In some cases, the UE may prioritize ultra-reliable low-latency communications (URLLC) service types over enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB) service types. In some cases, the content of the URLLC service types and the content of the eMBB service types may be considered when prioritizing. The UE may be capable of configuring different sets of priority rules based on reliability thresholds and latency thresholds associated with the service types.
