    Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating relay of superpositioned sidelink and uplink transmission are disclosed herein. An example method for wireless communication at a first communication device includes receiving, from a UE, a MUST transmission including a base layer and an enhancement layer, the base layer comprising a first message for a second communication device and the enhancement layer comprising a second message for the first communication device. The example method also includes decoding the base layer of the MUST transmission to obtain the first message. Additionally, the example method includes receiving a feedback message from the second communication device indicating that the second communication device did not successfully receive the first message. The example method also includes retransmitting the first message to the second communication device in response to the feedback message from the second communication device.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) initiates a positioning session based on ranging in a distributed system of UEs. The positioning session includes a plurality of anchor UEs with known positions that provide information including ranging information and their positions to the initiator UE in post-ranging messages. The initiator UE identifies anchor UEs that provide information that does not significantly contribute to the final position estimate for the initiator UE. The initiator UE, for example, may generate position estimates and associated accuracy levels for different subsets of anchor UEs and may use the accuracy levels to identify a subset of anchor UEs that may be used for positioning in place of the full set of anchor UEs without a significant loss of accuracy. Selected UEs are excluded from providing post-ranging messages in subsequent positioning sessions to reduce signaling overhead and improve efficiency.

    Abstract: In one aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a downlink control signaling scheduling one or more uplink transmissions for one or more transmission resources. The method also includes determining, by the UE, to perform superposition transmission operations for at least one transmission resource of the one or more transmission resources. The method further includes transmitting, by the UE, an uplink channel data transmission and a sidelink channel data transmission in a same transmission resource, responsive to determining to perform superposition transmission operations for the least one transmission resource. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine a resource in which to monitor for a message from a wireless communication device, where the message is based at least in part on information from one or more vehicle to everything (V2X) messages received by the wireless communication device.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) carried by a pedestrian (e.g., a P-UE) may receive control signaling that indicates a resource allocation for a sidelink channel for pedestrian to vehicle communications. The P-UE may transmit, within the resource allocation of the sidelink channel, a message that includes an identifier of the P-UE based on movement data of the P-UE being classified as pedestrian movement. The P-UE may monitor the sidelink channel for a collision warning message from a vehicle UE that includes the identifier of the P-UE based on transmitting the message. If the P-UE receives a collision warning message that includes its identifier, the P-UE may present an alert based on receiving the collision warning message.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for sidelink wireless communications are described in which a user equipment (UE), such as a vehicle UE, that supports full-duplex communications may transmit a sidelink control channel during a set of time resources including scheduling information for a subsequent transmission by the UE via a first set of resources. The UE may receive a sidelink control channel during the set of time resources from a second UE that may support full-duplex communications or half-duplex communications. The sidelink control channel may include scheduling information for a subsequent transmission via a second set of time-frequency resources that at least partially overlaps with the first set of time-frequency resources. The first UE may determine that a collision will occur and may perform a resource selection procedure or may transmit a request for the second device to perform the resource selection procedure.
