Abstract:
A method including receiving information indicative of a first light preference profile, receiving information indicative of a second light preference profile, determining that the first light preference profile differs from the second light preference profile, determining a first light control setting based on the first light preference profile, determining a second light control setting based on the second light preference profile, determining a periodic light source actuation directive, causing sending of the periodic light source actuation directive to the light source, determining a first shutter control directive for the first near eye apparatus, causing sending of the first shutter control directive to the first near eye apparatus, determining a second shutter control directive for the second near eye apparatus, and causing sending of the second shutter control directive to the second near eye apparatus is disclosed.
Abstract:
A method comprising causing display of a portion of map information on a display, receiving information indicative of a first display input at a first display input position that corresponds with a first map position along a traversable path that is indicated by the displayed portion of the map information, causing display of first supplemental map information that comprises at least one element associated with the first map position that is absent from the map information, receiving information indicative of a first non-display input at a first non-display input position, determining a second map position along the traversable path based on the first non-display input position, the second map position failing to correspond with the displayed portion of the map information, and causing display of second supplemental map information that comprises at least one element associated with the second map position that is absent from the map information is disclosed.
Abstract:
A method that receives a visual media item and determines an identity of at least one intended viewer of the visual media item is disclosed. The method may further identify a visual representation of an object that is comprised by the visual media item and determine a relevance of the object based, at least in part, on the identity. The method may further generate a modified visual media item such that the modified visual media item differs from the visual media item, at least, by visual emphasis of the visual representation of the object.
Abstract:
An apparatus for providing indications regarding recommended content may include a processor. The processor may be configured to receive an indication of a recommended content item, determine a recommendation criteria associated with the recommended content item, select a graphical symbol for presentation in association with the recommended content item in which the graphical symbol is indicative of the recommendation criteria associated with the recommended content item, and provide for display of the graphical symbol.
Abstract:
An apparatus comprising means configured to: obtain at least one audio signal; determine at least one direction parameter of at least one propagating sound associated with the at least one audio signal; determine at least one direction of at least one sound source associated with the at least one audio signal; modify the at least one direction parameter in accordance with the determined at least one direction; and output the modified at least one direction parameter.
Abstract:
An apparatus including circuitry configured to: obtain at least one location and/or orientation associated with a user; obtain, based on the at least one location and/or orientation, one or more audio element, wherein the one or more audio element at least partially forms an audio scene; obtain, based on the at least one location and/or orientation, at least one auxiliary audio element, the at least one auxiliary audio element being at least one audio element or a combination of audio elements, wherein the at least one auxiliary audio element is associated with at least a part of the audio scene and is located at an outside zone of the audio scene; render the obtained audio element and/or at least one auxiliary audio element.
Abstract:
An apparatus, method and computer program is described comprising: capturing images using one or more imaging devices of a foldable user device, wherein the user device comprises a visual display, wherein, in a first mode of operation, a display output on the visual display is modified depending on a folding angle of the foldable user device; capturing audio using one or more microphones of the foldable user device; providing a wind mode indication in a second mode of operation; and disabling the modification of the visual display depending on the folding angle in the second mode of operation.
Abstract:
An apparatus configured to obtain audio signals related to one or more audio sources; determine a zoom effect related to the one or more audio sources; and generate audio effect information for the one or more audio sources based, at least partially, on the zoom effect and a zoom factor, wherein the audio effect information is configured to enable control of audio signal processing associated with the obtained audio signals, wherein the zoom factor is associated with, at least, the one or more audio sources.
Abstract:
An apparatus is disclosed comprising means for providing first positional data indicative of a first user position in a virtual space which comprises a plurality of audio objects. The means may also be for receiving, based at least partially on the first positional data, data indicative of a first allocation of the audio objects into a prioritized order or into one of a plurality of prioritized groups in which each group has a respective priority order, and receiving audio data associated with at least some of the audio objects. The means may also be for rendering the received audio data for at least some of the audio objects associated with the received audio data, based on the first allocation data, in which audio objects with a higher priority or in a higher priority group are rendered with priority over audio objects allocated with a lower priority or in a lower priority group.
