Abstract: Disclosed is a signal processing method for changing an operating mode for transmitting a PPDU in a wireless LAN system. Specifically, a first station transmits, to a second station, the number of spatial streams supported by the first station, and a first instructional information instructing a change of the operating mode indicating a channel bandwidth. The first station applies the first instructional information after receiving an ACK therefor. The first instructional information comprises an operating mode indicator for indicating whether the operating mode is a receive operating mode (ROM) or a transmit operating mode (TOM).

Abstract: A method for transmitting an uplink frame in a wireless LAN system according to an embodiment of the present specification comprises the steps in which: a user STA configures a backoff counter for contention-based channel access according to first parameter information for multiple users when a first trigger frame for uplink transmission of the multiple users is received from an AP; the user STA performs a countdown operation on the basis of the backoff counter configured according to the first parameter information; the user STA interrupts the countdown operation in order to transmit a trigger-based uplink frame in response to a second trigger frame when the second trigger frame is received; and the user STA resumes the countdown operation, which has been interrupted, when an ACK frame corresponding to the trigger-based uplink frame is not received.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method by which an operating station (STA) transmits a signal in a multiple user (MU) scheme in a wireless LAN (WLAN) system. In the present method, the STA configures a wireless frame, which includes a data field for data transmission and a signaling (SIG) field including control information, wherein the SIG field includes a SIG A field, which includes bandwidth information indicating the whole bandwidth having a bandwidth of 2n times that of 20 MHz, and a SIG B field, which includes user specific information. Here, the bandwidth information of the SIG A field additionally indicates whether the whole bandwidth includes one or more 20 MHz bands (null channel), which are not used in the data transmission.

Abstract: The present document relates to a method for performing random access in a wireless LAN system and an apparatus therefor. To this end, a station (STA) may: receive, from an AP, a first trigger frame for assigning at least one of multiple resource units (RUs) for random access; randomly select one of the at least one RU for random access when a first counter, which is set for the STA, becomes 0; and when it is determined that an uplink frame cannot be transmitted through the randomly selected RU, reselect an RU on the basis of a second trigger frame subsequent to the first trigger frame, wherein, in reselecting the RU, the STA may randomly set the first counter again and delay the reselection of the RU on the basis of the first counter which has been randomly set again.

Abstract: A method for performing network allocation vector (NAV) operation by a station (STA) in a wireless LAN system, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: receiving a first frame; and configuring NAV in accordance with basic service set (BSS) of the first frame, wherein the first frame is other BSS (OBSS) frame. If a received signal strength indicator (RSSI) is lower the OBSS packet detection (PD) level, an STA drops the OBSS frame without configuration of the NAV. And if second frame transmission of another STA following the OBSS frame is scheduled, the STA can defer the OBSS frame drop even if the RSSI is lower than the OBSS PD level.
