Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and a device for updating system information in a wireless LAN system. A method for updating system information in a station (STA) of a wireless communication system may comprise transmitting, by the STA which stores system information and a configuration change count value of a previously linked preferred access point (AP), a probe request frame for active scanning to the preferred AP; and receiving a probe response frame from the preferred AP. Preferably, the probe request frame includes a configuration change count field previously acquired from the preferred AP, and if a value of the configuration change count field included in the probe request frame is different from a present configuration change count value of the preferred AP, the probe response frame may include one or more elements of system information which should be updated by the STA.
Abstract:
A method for gaining access according to one embodiment of the present invention in which a station (STA) gains access to a medium in wireless communication system comprises the steps of: sensing a carrier wave for a medium so as to transmit a set frame; and, if the medium is busy, executing a random back-off procedure, wherein the starting point of the random back-off procedure is indicated by a second parameter randomly selected from within a range in accordance with a first parameter.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for scanning in a wireless LAN. The method may comprise the following steps: an STA determining identifier information of an AP to be included in a probe request frame as a wildcard SSID and a wildcard BSSID, based on a first MLME; the STA receiving from the AP a frame including information on the BSSID of the AP and the SSID of the AP before a probe delay time expires; the STA determining wither the AP is a target AP based on the BSSID and the SSID; the STA redetermining the identifier information of the AP to be included in the probe request frame based on the BSSID and the SSID, when the AP is the target AP; and the STA unicasting a probe request frame that is re-determined based on the BSSID and the SSID.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for an initial access over a wireless LAN. The method for an initial access by a station (STA) comprises: a step in which the STA receives initial access setup information from an access point (AP); and a step in which the STA determines whether to implement the initial access on the basis of the initial access setup information and the initial access decision information of the STA. Accordingly, the initial access of the STA can be distributed.
Abstract:
An embodiment relates to a method for a sidelink discontinuous reception (DRX)-related operation of a second user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: a step in which a second UE enters a sleep state; and a step in which the second UE switches to an awake state in a predetermined interval and receives a broadcast signal from a first UE, wherein the broadcast signal is received on a resource pool configured only for a sidelink broadcast.
Abstract:
Proposed is a method for performing wireless communication by a first device. The method may comprise the steps of: receiving a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) from a second device; receiving a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) related to the PSCCH from the second device, wherein sidelink control information (SCI) is received via the PSCCH or the PSSCH related to the PSCCH, and the SCI includes information indicating whether the PSSCH corresponds to last PSSCH transmission: determining a PSFCH resource on the basis of a slot index and a sub-channel index which are related to the PSSCH: transmitting SL HARQ ACK information to the second device via the PSFCH resource; and entering a sleep state on the basis that the SCI includes information indicating that the PSSCH corresponds to the last PSSCH transmission, and the first device transmits the SL HARQ ACK information via the PSFCH resource.
Abstract:
One embodiment relates to a receiving user equipment (RxUE) operating method for performing sidelink communication in a wireless communication system, comprising the steps in which: the Rx UE receives sidelink control information (SDI) in a predetermined slot; and the Rx UE receives data related to the SCI, wherein the Rx UE monitors the SCI in a slot corresponding to the result obtained by performing a modulo N operation on a Layer 2 source ID.
Abstract:
Provided are a method for performing wireless communication by a first device, and an apparatus for supporting same. The method may comprise: obtaining a sidelink (SL) discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration including information related to a timer for an active time and information related to a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) round trip time (RTT) timer; starting the timer for the active time; receiving, from a second device through a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) based on a first SL resource, a first sidelink control information (SCI) for scheduling of a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) and a second SCI; and receiving, from the second device through the PSSCH based on the first SL resource, the second SCI and data. Herein, based on resource allocation information for a second SL resource being included in the first SCI, the first device may not monitor retransmission of the data from the second device in a time domain between the first SL resource and the second SL resource, and based on the resource allocation information for the second SL resource not being included in the first SCI, the HARQ RTT timer included in the SL DRX configuration may be started by the first device.
Abstract:
A method for performing an operation for a first terminal in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: determining that a physical layer problem has occurred during communication with a base station; switch from resource allocation mode 1 to resource allocation mode 2 on the basis of the physical layer problem; and transmitting, in resource allocation mode 2, sidelink data to a second terminal by using a sidelink resource, wherein the sidelink resource is determined as a sensing-based resource and/or a random selection-based resource in consideration of the latency budget and sensing validity period of the sidelink data.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for sidelink resource allocation and media access control (MAC) reset is provided. A wireless device, which is configured with network scheduled resource allocation for sidelink, sets new data indicators (NDIs) for all hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifiers (IDs) specific to the sidelink to value 0, based on a media access control (MAC) reset being requested by an upper layer of the wireless device.
