Abstract:
A method of allocating radio resources in a wireless communication system is disclosed. A method of allocating radio resources from a network of a wireless communication system in accordance with a plurality of scheduling modes comprises transmitting first scheduling information to a user equipment to allocate radio resources to the user equipment in accordance with a first scheduling mode, the first scheduling information including a first user equipment identifier, and transmitting second scheduling information to the user equipment to allocate radio resources to the user equipment in accordance with a second scheduling mode, the second scheduling information including a second user equipment identifier.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for supporting mobility of a user equipment in a wireless communication system. The method comprises the following steps: receiving Mobility State Estimation (MSE) control information including information for MSE from a network; executing mobility if a mobility condition is satisfied; updating a mobility counter on the basis of the MSE control information; estimating a mobility state of the user equipment on the basis of the updated mobility counter; and scaling a mobility parameter on the basis of the estimated mobility state.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for enabling a terminal to communicate with data by modifying an association relationship among component carriers in a mobile communication system supporting carrier aggregation and an apparatus therefor. The method in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: receiving a message including identifier information for modifying an association relationship among at least one downlink component carrier and at least one uplink component carrier from a base station; receiving predetermined data through at least one downlink component carrier from the base station; and transmitting feedback data to the base station for data received through the uplink component carrier modified according to the identifier information.
Abstract:
Provided are a method and an apparatus for controlling user equipment access in a wireless communication system. When the user equipment (UE) is configured to perform extended access barring (EAB), and a radio resource control (RRC) establishment cause is not set to either of emergency call mobile terminating (MT) access or high priority access, the EAB execution is indicated to a lower layer.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus of reporting logged measurements of an user equipment in a wireless communication system is provided. The user equipment in a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connected mode receives from a base station a Minimization of Drive Tests (MDT) configuration. The user equipment transitions from the RRC connected mode to an RRC idle mode and logs measurements based on the MDT configuration. The user equipment transmits to the base station a logging indicator indicating an availability of the logged measurement.
Abstract:
A method for receiving system information, the method includes receiving, by a mobile terminal, a first block of second system information from a base station, wherein the first block of second system information includes scheduling information related to a plurality of second blocks of second system information; determining, by the mobile terminal, on which resource the plurality of second blocks of second system information is received using the scheduling information; and receiving, by the mobile terminal, the plurality of second blocks of second system information from the base station on the determined resource.
Abstract:
A timer for processing data blocks is proposed for a receiver of a mobile communications system. If the timer is not running, the timer is started based a data block. The data block has a sequence number higher than a sequence number of another data block that was first expected to be received. If the timer is stopped or expires, the timer is based on a highest sequence number of a data block among data blocks that cannot be delivered to a higher entity. The timer can be used to prevent a stall condition in mobile communications.
Abstract:
In a wireless mobile communications system, a method for controlling a radio resource allocation is provided. A network transmits access control information to a terminal such that a request for the radio resource allocation which will be transmitted from the terminal can be controlled. The terminal selectively transmits the request for the radio resource allocation based on the received information, thus a transmission of an unnecessary request for the radio resource can be minimized, thereby preventing a waste of the radio resource.
Abstract:
A method for transmitting an uplink signal by a user equipment (UE). The method includes receiving an uplink grant including a new data indicator (NDI) on a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) from a network, determining whether the PDCCH is not addressed to a temporary cell identifier, determining whether the NDI has been toggled when the PDCCH is not addressed to the temporary cell identifier, and transmitting a new data to the network when the NDI has been toggled.
