Abstract: A peak-to-average ratio reduction method, including dividing subcarriers of an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol that carries to-be-transmitted data to obtain multiple blocks, determining multiple phase factors corresponding to the multiple blocks, where the multiple phase factors reduce a peak-to-average ratio of the OFDM symbol, transmitting the multiple phase factors using a particular subcarrier of the OFDM symbol, multiplying data transmitted on each block in the multiple blocks by a corresponding phase factor, and transmitting data obtained by means of multiplication. Phase factor information of each block is transmitted using the particular subcarrier such that application of a partial transmit sequence (PTS) method in a WI-FI system becomes possible, thereby effectively reducing a peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) of data.

Abstract: A first communication apparatus obtains a sampling cycle. The sampling cycle is a time interval at which the first communication apparatus samples occupancy of a first buffer. The first buffer is used to store a data packet of a first priority. The first communication apparatus determines occupancy of the first buffer at a first sampling moment based on the sampling cycle. The first communication apparatus determines first duration based on the sampling cycle and the occupancy of the first buffer at the first sampling moment. The first duration is duration for which a second communication apparatus stops sending data to the first communication apparatus. The first communication apparatus sends first indication information to the second communication apparatus based on the first duration.

Abstract: This application provides a full-duplex communication method and an apparatus. The method includes: when sending a first signal to a first device by using a first transmit sector, receiving, by a third device by using a first receive sector, a second signal sent by a second device. A coverage area of the third device in a receiving direction may be divided into at least one receive sector, the at least one receive sector forms one receive sector group, and the third device may receive the second signal by using the first receive sector that is in the receive sector group and that is different from the first transmit sector. In this way, the third device can simultaneously receive a signal and send a signal by using different sectors, to implement full-duplex transmission, and reduce mutual interference between signal sending and signal receiving, thereby improving communication quality of the full-duplex transmission.

Abstract: Example channel feedback information transmission methods are disclosed. In one example method, a terminal performs channel estimation on a subcarrier on which a downlink pilot is located, and obtains first channel information. The terminal performs a channel interpolation calculation on a channel of a data subcarrier according to the first channel information, and obtains second channel information according to a result of the channel interpolation calculation. The terminal determines a feedback factor, and obtains third channel information from the second channel information according to the feedback factor, where an amount of the third channel information is less than an amount of the second channel information. The terminal feeds back the third channel information to a base station. Some channel information is selected and fed back by means of a feedback factor.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure describe a single carrier-based data transmission method and apparatus. The method may include generating a frame and sending the frame. A data part of the frame includes 2N data blocks, the 2N data blocks are arranged in a sequence from the first data block to the 2Nth data block. Furthermore, the data block includes a payload part and a guard interval (GI), payload parts of different data blocks are separated by GIs, and a payload part of the 2Nth data block is obtained by multiplying a payload part of the (2n−1)th data block by a phase-shift sequence, where n=1, 2, . . . , N, and N is an integer greater than 0. By using the foregoing manner, data transmission robustness can be improved and data transmission for a longer distance can be supported.
