Abstract:
The present disclosure proposes a user resource reservation method and apparatus, an access point, and a network server. The user resource reservation method includes: predicting a next access point that is to be reached by a user; and sending resource reservation designating information to the access point, so that the access point reserves a resource for the user according to the resource reservation designating information. In embodiments of the present disclosure, a next access point that is to be reached by a user is predicted and the access point is instructed to reserve a resource for the user, that is, a next access point is instructed in advance to reserve an appropriate resource for the user, so that the user is successfully handed over to a network, and a probability of successful handover of the user to the network increases, thereby improving user experience.
Abstract:
A Polar code rate matching method and a rate matching apparatus are disclosed. The method includes: dividing a system Polar code output by a Polar code encoder into system bits and parity bits; interleaving the system bits to obtain a first group of interleaved bits, and interleaving the parity bits to obtain a second group of interleaved bits; and determining a rate-matched output sequence based on the first group of interleaved bits and the second group of interleaved bits. System bits and parity bits are separately interleaved, to obtain a rate-matched output sequence, so that a sequence structure after interleaving is more random, which can reduce an FER, thereby improving HARQ performance, and ensuring reliability of data transmission.
Abstract:
Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention are a polar code encoding method and device, the method comprising: utilizing a common information bit set to represent each of m polar code blocks, the polar codes in each polar code block having the same code length and different code rates, and m being greater than or equal to 2; according to the common information bit set corresponding to the polar code block, acquiring an information bit set corresponding to each polar code in the polar code block; and according to the information bit set corresponding to each polar code in the polar code block, conducting polar code encoding on information to be encoded, thus reducing polar code representation overhead, and solving the problem in the prior art of excessively high polar code representation overhead.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method, a device, and a system for synchronizing a physical layer state, and belongs to the field of communications technologies. The present invention realizes synchronization of the physical layer state of the first feature at the network side and the terminal after the terminal updates the RRC layer configuration corresponding to the first feature.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for controlling a carrier frequency in a multi-carrier/cell system are provided. The method includes receiving Channel Quality Indicator (CQI) information of a carrier frequency reported by a terminal, determining whether to deactivate or activate the carrier frequency according to the CQI information, and instructing the terminal to deactivate or activate the carrier frequency according to a result of the determining. Thus, a certain carrier frequency is flexibly activated or deactivated in the multi-carrier/cell system through carrier frequency quality reporting and threshold comparison.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a data boundary determining method, an indication information sending method, and apparatuses thereof. The boundary determining method includes: acquiring, by a base station in which a non-reference cell locates, timing information of a reference cell, or a parameter used to determine boundary information of a high speed dedicated physical control channel (HS-DPCCH); and determining, by the base station, the boundary information of the HS-DPCCH according to the timing information of the reference cell or the parameter, where the boundary information is used by the base station to search for the HS-DPCCH. The present invention solves a technical problem in the prior art that a base station in which a non-reference cell locates is not capable of finding a correct boundary of the HS-DPCCH and therefore causes a decrease in downlink data transmission performance.
