    Abstract: A transmission control method includes sending, by a terminal, uplink control information (UCI) in a first format of the UCI to a radio access network device, where the UCI includes at least one of measurement result information of beam groups or information of the beam groups. The measurement result information of the beam groups includes a measurement result of a first beam group and an offset of a measurement result of a second beam group relative to the measurement result of the first beam group. The measurement result of the first beam group is a reference measurement result, and the information of the beam groups indicates a beam group corresponding to at least one of the measurement result of the first beam group or the measurement result of the second beam group.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application describe a power control method and a device, and relate to the field of communications technologies. A network device operating in a full-duplex mode can correctly receive data during data sending. The method may include receiving, by user equipment (UE), power control parameter information of an uplink transmit power from a network device, where the power control parameter information includes first power control parameter information and second power control parameter information, the first power control parameter information is used to calculate an uplink transmit power for data transmission on a non-full-duplex resource, and the second power control parameter information includes a parameter for calculating an uplink transmit power for data transmission on a full-duplex resource. The method may also include determining, by the UE, an uplink transmit power based on the power control parameter information and a resource type used for uplink transmission, where the resource type includes a full-duplex resource and a non-full-duplex resource.

    Abstract: A reference signal transmission method and a related device and system are disclosed. The method includes: determining, by a first base station, at least one target subframe on a target frequency band, where the target frequency band is a frequency band whose uplink and downlink transmission directions are configurable, and uplink-downlink timeslot configurations and/or transmission directions of the first base station and a neighboring second base station in the at least one target subframe are different; and sending, by the first base station, a first reference signal to first user equipment UE in the at least one target subframe, where the first UE is UE served by the first base station. When embodiments of the present invention are implemented, a reference signal can be transmitted on a flexible frequency band, thereby effectively reducing interference between reference signals between neighboring cells in a flexible duplex system.
