Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a manufacturing method for a metal grating, a metal grating, and a display device. The manufacturing method comprises: forming a metal layer, an antireflective layer and a deep UV photoresist layer sequentially on a base substrate; etching the deep UV photoresist layer by a photolithography process, so as to form a grating mask pattern; etching the antireflective layer by a dry etching process with the help of the grating mask pattern, so as to form an etch mask pattern identical to the grating mask pattern; peeling off the grating mask pattern; etching the metal layer by a dry etching process with the help of the etch mask pattern, so as to form metal grating strips; and removing the etch mask pattern, thus forming a metal grating.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure disclose an OLED array substrate. The OLED array substrate comprises: a plurality of scan lines; a plurality of data lines; a plurality of OLED pixel units, each OLED pixel unit is connected to a corresponding data line and a corresponding scan line and being connected to a corresponding reset terminal; and a plurality of light detection units, each light detection unit is connected between the reset terminal of one OLED pixel unit and the corresponding data line, is configured to detect a light emitted by a detection light resource to generate a light detection signal, and output the light detection signal via the corresponding data line under a control of a reset signal from the reset terminal.

A plurality of charged particles are disposed in the dielectric layer; the refractive index of the second transparent electrode layer is larger than the refractive index of the dielectric layer.

This display apparatus comprises this color filter substrate or this array substrate.

Abstract: A pixel structure, a driving method thereof, and a display device are provided. The accommodation chamber of the pixel structure includes: a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to each other, an accommodation space being formed therebetween; a light absorption layer in the accommodation space, including a flowable insulating liquid layer; a transparent thin film in the accommodation space, located between the insulating liquid layer and the second substrate, a refractive index of the transparent thin film being less than or equal to that of the insulating liquid layer. The accommodation chamber is in one of the at least two following states: in a first state, the insulating liquid layer is separated from the transparent thin film such that light rays from the second substrate are totally reflected; and in a second state, the insulating liquid layer and the transparent thin film at least are partially in direct contact.

Abstract: A backlight module comprises a light source, a light guide plate and at least one transparent light guide structure. Each transparent light guide structure comprises a first surface adjacent to a side of the light guide plate and a second surface far away from the light guide plate, a light emitted by the light source is directed into the first surface of the transparent light guide structure through the light guide plate. Each transparent light guide structure is configured to change a propagation direction of a first light in the light emitted by the light source, so that an emergence angle of the first light emitted from the second surface is smaller than an incidence angle of the first light incident from the first surface.
