摘要: A depressurizing device includes a valve base, a first valve, a flexible member, and a top cover. The valve base has a pressure chamber and an outgassing chamber. Top and bottom surfaces of the pressure chamber have an opening and a first valve port respectively. The first valve is located in the pressure chamber and covers the first valve port. The flexible member is disposed on the valve base and has a depressurizing valve and a first outgassing port, the depressurizing valve covers the opening, and the first outgassing port is communicated with the outgassing chamber. A first outgassing channel is at least formed on the flexible member and communicates the pressure chamber to the outside of the valve base. The top cover is disposed on the flexible member and has a first depressurizing port and a second outgassing port.

摘要: A pneumatic pump that includes a diaphragm carrier, a diaphragm member, a valve base, a valve, a cap, a driving device and an overpressure protection valve is revealed. A pump chamber is formed between the diaphragm member and the valve base. The overpressure protection valve having a spring and a gasket is mounted in the cap. A discharge channel, an air-flow channel and a backflow channel are formed among the pump chamber, the valve base, the valve and the cap. The discharge channel, the overpressure protection valve and the spring chamber are separated. The gasket is disposed between the air-flow channel and the backflow channel for closing the air-flow channel normally. The driving device drives the diaphragm member for discharging air from the pump chamber through the discharge channel. The gasket compresses the spring to open the air-flow channel when pressure in the pump chamber is over the limit.

摘要: A one way valve assembly including a base, a cover, and a valve member is provided. The base includes a first and a second lower hollows and an inlet connected through the first lower hollow. The cover includes a first and a second upper hollows, a connecting path, an outlet, and an exhaust nozzle. Positions of the first and the second upper hollows correspond to positions of the first and the second lower hollows. The first upper hollow is connected through the second upper hollow via the connecting path. The outlet is connected through the second upper hollow. The valve member is disposed between the base and the cover. The valve member has a first zone, a second zone, and a third zone corresponding to the first and the second upper hollows and the connecting path, and includes a valve nozzle between the second lower hollow and the second upper hollow. The first zone can deform towards the first lower hollow or the first upper hollow. The second zone can deform towards the second lower hollow or the second upper hollow. The third zone can deform towards the connecting path.

摘要: A pressure relief valve includes an outer frame, a ferromagnetic cylinder, a plastic air faucet, an electrical coil module and a spring. The plastic air faucet has a first end extending through a through hole of the outer frame and a second opposite end extending through a hollow channel of the ferromagnetic cylinder. The electrical coil module is located within the outer frame and has a central passage allowing the ferromagnetic cylinder to be accommodated inside. The ferromagnetic stopper is slidable along the central passage of the electrical coil module, wherein the ferromagnetic stopper has a seal gasket. The spring is located between the air faucet and the ferromagnetic stopper. When the electrical coil module is electrified, the ferromagnetic stopper and the ferromagnetic cylinder attract each other to against the resilient force of the spring to push the seal gasket against the air opening of the air faucet.
