Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling scheduling a frequency division multiplexed (FDM) uplink shared channel message. The control signaling may include a resource allocation for a set of resource blocks (RBs), the resource allocation indicating an interlace assignment and an RB set assignment. The UE may allocate, according to a rule, the set of RBs into a first group of RBs and a second group of RBs based on the interlace assignment and the RB set assignment. The UE may transmit the FDM uplink shared channel message including the first group of RBs and the second group of RBs. The first group of RBs may be transmitted in accordance with a first set of transmission parameters and the second group of RBs may be transmitted in accordance with a second set of transmission parameters.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive first control signaling identifying a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) pattern that may be uniformly distributed in a time domain and a frequency domain. The DMRS pattern may include a first set of resource elements for the DMRS, a second set of resource elements for guard tones adjacent to and greater in frequency than the first set of resource elements, and a third set of resource elements for guard tones adjacent to and lower in frequency than the first set of resource elements. The UE may receive second control signaling that schedules a data signal to be communicated between the UE and a network node in a set of time-frequency resources. The UE may communicate the data signal according to the second control signaling and the DMRS according to the DMRS pattern.

In some wireless communications systems, a base station may transmit, to a user equipment (UE), an indication of a dynamic switch between slot formats. The base station and the UE may communicate first data in one or more first slots according to a first slot format. The first slot format may be a first cyclic prefix-based or guard interval-based slot format. The base station may transmit control signaling to the UE to indicate a second slot format different from the first slot format. The second slot format may be a second cyclic prefix-based or guard interval-based slot format. The UE and the base station may switch to communicating second data in one or more second slots in accordance with the second slot format based on the control signaling.

Abstract: In embodiment methods for managing uplink spatial filter configuration, comprising, a processor of a wireless device may send an initial access signal using two or more spatial filters, wherein each spatial filter directs a beam to a respective uplink (UL) receive (Rx) point, receive from the base station an indication of which beam to use for UL transmissions, and send to the base station another signal using the spatial filter corresponding to the indicated beam. Abstract: Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium of wireless communication over a sidelink between a transmitting user equipment (UE) and a receiving UE. The receiving UE may receive a configuration of multiple resource pools for sidelink communications. The transmitting UE may transmit at least two repetitions of a sidelink control information (SCI) on at least two of the multiple resource pools. Each repetition of the SCI includes a reservation for a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) on a respective resource pool. The receiving UE may perform soft combining on the at least two repetitions of the SCI to determine resources for the PSSCH. The receiving UE may decoding the PSSCH based on the SCI, for example, by combining multiple repetitions of the PSSCH on the reservations indicated by the SCI.
