    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may indicate to a UE a first set of uplink power control parameters associated with half-duplex communications and a second set of uplink power control parameters associated with full-duplex communications. Alternatively, the base station may indicate the first set of uplink power control parameters and a set of power offsets associated with full-duplex communications. The base station may indicate a first set of resources associated with the first set of uplink power control parameters and a second set of resources associated with the second set of uplink power control parameters or the set of power offsets. In response, the UE may transmit one or more uplink messages over one or more resources of the second set of resources in accordance with the second set of uplink power control parameters or the set of power offsets.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A UE may transmit a capability message to a base station. The capability message may indicate a capability of the UE to monitor a defined number of resources across a set of component carriers (CCs) within a time period. The resources may be channel measurement resources (CMRs) or interference measurement resources (IMRs) for signal to interference plus noise measurement, reference signal (RS) resources for channel state information (CSI) measurement, beam failure detection (BFD), reference signal receive power (RSRP) measurement, link quality monitoring, or different active beams. Based on the capability of the UE, the base station may transmit a monitoring configuration to the UE that indicates a set of resources or active beams for the UE to monitor in the set of CCs. The UE may monitor the defined resources or beams received in the monitoring configuration from the base station.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state mapping for multiple transport block (TB) transmission with downlink control information (DCI). In one example, a scheduled entity may receive a scheduling grant from a scheduling entity. The scheduling grant may include scheduling assignments configured to assign wireless resources for corresponding enabled communications. The scheduling grant may further include non-scheduling assignments without assigning wireless resources. The scheduling grant may further include a codepoint including TCI state indicators mapping the scheduling and non-scheduling assignments to corresponding TCI states. The scheduled entity may further receive a control message to activate the TCI states mapped to the corresponding indicators. Other aspects, embodiments, and features are also claimed and described.

In some aspects, a first network node may obtain a time division duplexing (TDD) split configuration, for inter-node interference mitigation, that is based at least in part on at least one of a subset of compatible beam pairs of a set of beam pairs or a subset of non-compatible beam pairs of the set of beam pairs, and that indicates a first restriction duration and a second restriction duration, a beam pair of the set of beam pairs comprising an uplink beam associated with the first network node and a downlink beam associated with a second network node.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a serving cell (e.g., serving base station), an indication to update a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state of a first component carrier associated with a neighboring cell (e.g., neighboring base station). In some cases, the UE may be configured with a serving cell update rule and a neighboring cell update rule. The UE may determine, in accordance with a neighboring cell update rule, whether to update the TCI state across multiple component carriers (e.g., in a component carrier list) associated with the first component carrier based on the first component carrier being associated with the neighboring cell. The UE may update the TCI state of at least the first component carrier in accordance with the neighboring cell update rule.
