    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described to coordinate information across a wireless network. One or more access nodes of a wireless network may configure a time resource container for receiving, amplifying, and forwarding a signal, such as a notification signal, in an operating mode. A notification signal may include an indication of coordination information and may be transmitted or received in the time resource container, such as in a first subset of a set of time resources of the time resource container. An access node may first receive a signal from a second access node, amplify and forward the signal in the time resource container to a third access node, and then decode the received signal and determine whether the signal includes coordination information for the access node. If the signal includes coordination information for the access node, the access node may perform one or more actions.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to methods and apparatus for scheduling traffic between a transmitting device and a receiving device. A transmitting device negotiates with a receiving device to reserve a slot for communicating data with the receiving device and determines whether the transmitting device is a master or a slave with respect to the receiving device. If the transmitting device is the master, the transmitting device sends, at a beginning of the slot, a transmission priority (TxP) signal, wherein the TxP signal indicates that the transmitting device intends and has priority to transmit the data in the slot. The transmitting device then receives, from the receiving device, a clear-to-send (CTS) message in the slot based on the TxP signal, and transmits the data to the receiving device in the slot upon receiving the CTS message. Other aspects, embodiments, and features are also claimed and described.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. For example, the described techniques provide for wireless device (e.g., wireless repeater, wireless relay device, smart repeater, etc.) operation in a low power state, and base station signaling for triggering of wireless repeater control interface configuration. For example, a wireless repeater may operate in a power saving mode and monitor for control information from a base station according to a low power state or a slow state (e.g., according to a long monitoring periodicity relative to a monitoring periodicity associated with a full power state or fast state). Upon detection of triggering signal from a base station, the wireless repeater may transition to monitoring for control information from the base station according to a fast state (e.g., according to a short, or more frequent, monitoring periodicity relative to a monitoring periodicity associated with a low power state).

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The described techniques leverage user equipment (UE) functionality to repeat wireless signals received from a base station to one or more other UEs and received from one or more other UEs to the base station. The repeating UE receives, during a transmission time interval reserved for one of uplink communication or downlink communication, a signal from a first device. The UE operates in a time division duplex network. The UE routes the signal, via a radio-frequency (RF) transmission path from an RF receive chain of the UE to an RF transmit chain of the UE. The UE retransmits the signal to a second device during the transmission time interval.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The described techniques provide for determining to not transmit a portion of a second signal that overlaps in time with a first signal. A user equipment (UE) may identify a first signal to be communicated during a first time duration using a first beam pair link (BPL) and identify a second signal that is scheduled to be communicated during a second time duration using a second BPL. The UE may identify a misalignment between timing advance values for the BPLs, the misalignment causing an overlap in time between the first signal scheduled during the first time duration and the second signal scheduled during the second time duration. The UE may determine whether to drop part of the second signal and communicate the first signal and a remaining portion of the second signal based at least in part on the determining.
