    Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for aspirating smoke detector packaging are described herein. In some examples, one or more embodiments include a package for an aspirating smoke detector device, comprising a plurality of panels, wherein a first panel includes a mounting template having a plurality of mounting indicators, wherein each of the plurality of mounting indicators corresponds to a respective mounting location of the aspirating smoke detector device, and a second panel includes a head protector configured to be removed from the package and inserted into a slot of the aspirating smoke detector device.

    Abstract: A mount for joining a sensor to a structure includes a housing shell joined to the structure and having an interior volume. First and second fluids are disposed in the housing shell. The sensor can be positioned within the housing shell at the interface between the two fluids. A secondary link can be provided to prevent vibration transmission from the structure to the housing shell. A membrane can be provided to separate the first fluid from the second fluid inside the housing shell. Guy lines can also be used to position the sensor.

    Abstract: A metrology device includes a housing, a lower support structure, a PCB coupled to the lower support structure, and a cover coupled to the lower support structure and the housing. The housing supports the cover in three coordinate directions. The lower support structure includes a first pillar that supports the PCB and mechanically couples with the cover. The first pillar causes the PCB to stand off from the lower support structure and causes the cover to stand off from the PCB. The metrology device also includes a second pillar that extends from the lower support structure to a base to cause the lower support structure to stand off from the base. The cover has a non-circle shape, and a cross section of the housing at a same elevation of the housing as an elevation of the cover within the housing is a circle.

    Abstract: An electrical connector assembly (1) comprising a connector housing (5), a ceiling holder (3) and a cooling body (4), which ceiling holder (3) is provided between the connector housing (5) and the cooling body (4). The connector housing (5) comprises at least one clip lock mechanism (13, 14) with a resilient locking arm 15 which is provided with a first and a second clip (18, 19). Further the at least one clip lock mechanism (13, 14) comprises at least a first clip arm (21) which is provided with a first abutment protrusion (25) and a second abutment protrusion (26), respectively. The ceiling holder (3) may be manufactured of a number of materials, and depending of the chosen material, the thickness of the ceiling holder may differ. The connector housing (5) is adapted to be able to attach to ceiling holders of two different material thicknesses, in the first event, when the ceiling holder is manufactured of a thicker material thickness, the first and second clips (18, 19) engage with the ceiling holder (3), and in the second event, when the ceiling holder (3) is manufactured of a thicker material, at least one of the first and second abutment protrusions (25, 26) and the second clip (19) engage with the ceiling holder (3).

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a displacement extensometer for measuring the linear displacement of an object to be measured, the displacement extensometer comprising: a first bracket installed at a reference point so as to provide support force; a second bracket fixed to an object to be measured; a displacement meter body fixed to the first bracket and including a center rod connected to the second bracket, so as to detect displacement while the center rod horizontally moves according to positions of the object to be measured; a first link connecting the displacement meter body to the first bracket; a second link connecting the center rod of the displacement meter body to the second bracket; and a friction compensation member provided in the displacement meter body so as to compensate for the friction due to sagging of the center rod while providing physical stress to the center rod.
