    摘要: Apparatuses and methods for IMS support for standalone non-public networks (SNPNs) are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method implemented in a policy node includes sending a Public Land Mobile Network, PLMN, identifier, ID, and a network identifier, NID, a combination of the PLMN ID and the NID identifying a standalone non-public network, SNPN being associated with a user equipment, UE. In one embodiment, a method implemented in an application function, AF, node includes receiving an Internet Protocol, IP, Multimedia Subsystem, IMS, registration request from a user equipment, UE; and as a result of receiving the IMS registration request, subscribing to be notified of a Public Land Mobile Network, PLMN, identifier, ID, and a network identifier, NID, a combination of the PLMN ID and the NID identifying a standalone non-public network, SNPN, associated with the UE.

    摘要: This disclosure describes a user equipment device (UE). The UE includes one or more antennas; one or more radios, where each of the radios is configured to perform cellular communication using a plurality of radio access technologies (RATs) that support voice over an Internet protocol (IP) multimedia subsystem (IMS); one or more processors coupled to the one or more radios, where the one or more processors are configured to cause the UE to perform operations including: sending, via a first RAT, a first request for IMS registration to an IMS server; receiving, from the IMS server, an IMS rejection message indicating failure of the IMS registration; determining, based on the IMS rejection message, that the IMS registration failure is temporary; responsively re-attempting IMS registration with the IMS server; and determining to camp on the first RAT in response to receiving an IMS acceptance message from the IMS server.

    摘要: A communication interface and a device control, management and monitoring system are provided to enable the networking of and communication between multiple devices operating under different protocols. The communication interface may act as a translator or protocol converter that reformats transmissions from one protocol to another based on protocol compatibility between the recipient and transmitting devices. The device control and monitoring system may store predefined rules that are triggered when specified conditions associated with the networked devices are detected. The rules may specify an action to take such as transmitting a discount offer to a user or turning off a light. According to one or more arrangements, the communication interface may act as an intermediary between the networked devices and the device control system so that the device control system is not required to understand or be compatible with the various other protocols used by the networked devices.
