摘要: The apparatus comprises a pair of pushers synchronously moved at a frequency equal to 1/n of the frequency of pile forming means. The first pusher feeds individual piles into a rejecting and replenishment device, and the second pusher removes individual piles from the same rejecting and replenishment device, and feeds them to an exiting channel wherein individual groups of piles are formed and delivered to the parcelling or cartoning machine.

摘要: The machine comprises a tray filling station, two object-seizing stations, transfer devices movable between the seizing stations and the filling station and carrying object-seizing devices. Two conveyors respectively feed the objects to the two seizing stations. A tray feeding and transfer conveyor extends through the filling station and leads to a tray stacking station. The conveyors extend in directions different from the direction in which the transfer devices move.

摘要: A blister collation system includes a blister packager with a blister seal station which seals a blister package with a medicament inside and a blister package stacker connected to the blister packager via a conveyor which moves individual blister packages. The blister package stacker has a nest inlet for reception of the blister packages from the conveyor, a nest assembly for holding one of the blister packages, and a first blister package collection tower for storing a stack of the blister packages. The nest assembly is configured to insert one blister package at a time upward into a bottom of the first collection tower. The stacker further has a tower gate holding the inserted blister packages and a mechanism for pushing the stack of the blister packages from the first collection tower into a storage container.

摘要: A system for compressing and packing pipe insulation includes a compression member that is movable along a first axis to compress pieces of pipe insulation. A stacking bay includes opposing walls that are spaced apart from one another. At least one of the two opposing walls is movable relative to the other of the two opposing walls along a second axis to adjust a lateral distance between the opposing walls to accommodate an increasing size of the pieces of pipe insulation along the second axis. The first axis is generally orthogonal to the second axis. A packing member that applies a force along a third axis to the pieces of pipe insulation after being compressed. The third axis is generally orthogonal to the first and second axes. The first axis is generally orthogonal to the second axis. The compression member is aligned with a space formed between the opposing walls.

摘要: A packing method of packing articles into a packing box comprises pre-grouping articles on a pre grouping surface provided by a pre grouping conveyor belt of a pre grouping conveyor, and providing the articles from the pre-grouping surface of the pre-grouping conveyor belt into the packing box. This is done consecutively by providing one of a cassette box and the packing box at a discharging end of the pre-grouping conveyer; moving downwards said one of the cassette box and the packing box while driving the pre grouping conveyor belt such that the pre-grouped articles on the pre-grouping conveyer-belt moves towards the discharging end of the pre-grouping conveyor and the opening of said one of the cassette box and the packing box, and that the articles of the pre-grouped articles are discharged from the pre-grouping conveyor belt into said one of the cassette box and the packing box and onto one another; and, in case the articles of the pre-grouped articles are provided into the cassette box, providing the articles from the cassette box into the packing box.

摘要: Device for stabilising articles has a bar abuttable by the articles during raising upwards thereof in grouping operations. A support element of the abutting bar is predisposed so as to be coupled to vertical sliding guides so as to be freely slidable along the guides and enable displacement upwards of the abutting bar pushed by the articles when raised upwards during the grouping operations. The stabilising device further comprises a contact element, predisposed on the support element so as to be translatable with respect to the support element, and an activator of the contact element, activatable for moving the contact element from a non-operative position, at which the contact element is distant from the vertical sliding guides, to an operative position, at which the contact element is in contact with at least one of the vertical sliding guides.
