    摘要: A vehicle brake system comprises an actuator which is hydraulically connected in parallel with a power booster between the master cylinder and wheel cylinders of a vehicle. The hydraulic connections include solenoid control valves normally operative to connect the power booster to the wheel cylinders and to disconnect the actuator from the wheel cylinders. The valves are responsive to electrical signals generated when vehicle skidding occurs to disconnect the power booster from the wheel cylinders, to connect the actuator to said wheel cylinders, and to supply a pulsating fluid pressure from the actuator to the wheel cylinders in place of the steady fluid pressure normally applied to the wheel cylinders from the power booster, thereby to stop the skid.

The system is of the type which produces an electrical signal in dependence upon the rotational deceleration of the wheels of the vehicle and reduces the braking force applied to the decelerating wheel or wheels upon occurence of this signal. According to the invention, this antiskid brake control system is provided with means for inhibiting the electrical signal when the rotational speed of the brakeregulated wheel or wheels exceeds a prescribed value. This inhibiting or blocking means renders aperiodic the operation of the antiskid brake control system.

    摘要: The invention is directed to an arrangement for controlling a braking force applied to a rear wheel in a certain relationship with a braking force applied to a front wheel, so as to provide an ideal braking force distribution. Pressure control valves are disposed in a hydraulic circuit which communicates a master cylinder with at least a rear wheel cylinder. There are provided an auxiliary power source for discharging a power pressure and a hydraulic booster for regulating the power pressure and actuating the master cylinder. A changeover valve is disposed between the master cylinder and the control valves, and selectively placed in one of a first operating position for communicating the control valves with the master cylinder and blocking the communication between the control valves and the hydraulic booster, and a second operating position for communicating the control valves with the hydraulic booster and blocking the communication between the control valves and the master cylinder. When the changeover valve is placed from the first operating position to the second operating position, the control valves control the hydraulic pressure in the rear wheel cylinder in a certain relationship with the hydraulic pressure in the front wheel cylinder.
