摘要: A wearable body composition analyzer according to various embodiments of the present disclosure may include an induction part for inducing secretion of bodily liquid while being in contact with a body part, a collection part that collects the bodily liquid secreted, a sensor part that detects a body composition from the bodily liquid collected, and a wearable part to which the induction part and the collection part is detachably attached, wherein the wearable part may be worn on a body. The above-described wearable body composition analyzer may be implemented variously according to embodiments.

摘要: A dispenser actuator assembly (100) has base member (102) and an actuator arm (104) that is configured to crush a glass ampoule assembly (10). The dispenser actuator assembly (100) has the base member (102) that is configured to mount on the outer container (14). The actuator arm (104) is pivotally connected to the base member (102). The actuator arm (104) is pivotable from a first position to a second position that is configured to engage the outer container (14) to crush the glass ampoule (12) wherein the flowable material (M) is dispensed from the glass ampoule assembly (10).

摘要: A multi-layer pre-drape apparatus is applied to a patient before the patient is moved into the operating room. The multi-layer pre-drape apparatus includes a lower layer with a center aperture and an upper layer that covers the aperture. The multi-layer pre-drape apparatus can be placed on a sterilized area of the patient to maintain the cleanliness of the incision area. Alternatively, the multi-layer pre-drape apparatus can be placed on the patient and sterilization fluid can be applied to the skin of the patient through the aperture. The patient can then be moved into the operating room and the upper layer of the multi-layer pre-drape can be removed to expose the sterilized area of the patient in the aperture. Additional drapes can be added to the pre-drape apparatus.

摘要: A device used for applying an antiseptic preparation to a surgical site of a patient prior to surgery outside of an operating theater. A loose-fitting bag is provided which encloses the surgical site by securing the open end(s) to the patient by closing means. A high friction scrub surface is provided in the bag. A method and apparatus are also provided for releasing antiseptic into the interior of the bag. The method provides that the surgical site can be scrubbed within the bag so as to properly prepare the skin for surgery. A temperature indicator for the antiseptic preparation is also provided.
