摘要: A first header tank to which first heat exchange tubes of second and third heat exchange paths are connected and a second header tank to which second heat exchange tubes of a first heat exchange path are connected are provided at the left end of a condenser such that the former is located on the outer side of the latter with respect to a left-right direction and is offset from the latter in an air passage direction. The upper end of the first header tank is located above the lower end of the second header tank. The first header tank has a function of separating gas and liquid and storing the liquid. The first and second heat exchange tubes and side plates are bent in the same direction about a common vertical line. This condenser is suitable for use in a car air conditioner mounted on an automobile.

摘要: A heat exchange tube includes a tubular member having a flattened cross-section and extending along a longitudinal axis, and a longitudinally extending condensate drain channel formed in an upper wall of the flattened tubular member. A heat exchanger includes a first and a second spaced apart and generally vertical longitudinally extending headers, a plurality of heat exchange tubes disposed in parallel, spaced relationship in a generally vertical array and extending longitudinally between the first header and the second header, and a condensate drain extending longitudinally along, the upper wall of at least one of the plurality of flattened heat exchange tubes. The condensate drain may comprise a longitudinally extending condensate drain channel formed in an upper wall of said flattened tubular member, and/or a series of condensate drain portals formed in the heat transfer fins in a base portion bounding to the upper external surface of at least one heat exchange tube. The condensate drain portals of neighboring heat transfer fins are aligned longitudinally to provide a series of longitudinally aligned condensate drain portals along the upper external surfaces of the heat exchange tubes.

摘要: Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC&R) systems and heat exchangers are provided which include dissimilar tube spacing configurations. The heat exchangers include multiple sets of multichannel tubes in fluid communication with each other. One set of multichannel tubes contains a plurality of tubes spaced apart at one spacing while the another set of multichannel tubes contains a plurality of tubes spaced apart at a different spacing. The different spacing between the multichannel tubes allows each set of tubes to be configured to the properties of the refrigerant flowing within the tubes.

摘要: Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC&R) systems and heat exchangers are provided that include multichannel tube and fin configurations designed to promote the release of condensate. The multichannel tubes may have a curved, round, or airfoil shape, and may be used with plate or corrugated fins. In certain embodiments, corrugated fins may be brazed to multichannel tubes and then trimmed to form individual fin structures. Double header configurations also may be employed.

A drive track is disposed at least in part in the tunnel and is operatively connected to the engine for propulsion of the snowmobile. At least one ski is operatively connected to the frame at least in part forwardly of the drive track. A straddle seat is disposed on the frame at least in part above the drive track. A steering device is operatively connected to the at least one ski for steering the snowmobile. A radiator is disposed between the tunnel and the track. The radiator has a first side facing the track and a second side facing the tunnel. The second side is generally opposite the first side. At least a portion of the second side is spaced apart from the tunnel.
