    摘要: A modular skylight system comprises a continuous sill for supporting a lower edge of a plurality of panel frames, each pre-assembled and having a lower edge member interlocked on the sill. Each frame includes a pair of upwardly sloping side frame members adapted to be secured and interlocked to those of adjacent members and attached at their lower ends to the lower edge member. All of the frame members include an elongated glazing pocket for receiving an edge portion of a glazing panel and they also provide gutter structure for collecting liquid from the glazing panel and for carrying the liquid down to the sill for discharge therefrom.

    摘要: A glazing panel roofing system includes a glazing panel and glazing panel brackets configured to clamp upon one of the side edge surfaces of the glazing panel. The glazing panel includes two flat face surfaces and two side edge surfaces. The glazing panel brackets are configured to clamp upon one of the side edge surfaces of the glazing panel. Each glazing panel bracket includes a base clamping feature including a base gripping feature surface configured to abut a first surface of the flat face surfaces, a top clamping feature including a top gripping feature surface configured to abut a second surface of the flat face surfaces, and a threaded fastener securing the top clamping feature to the base clamping feature, wherein torque applied to the threaded fastener changes a clamping force applied between the top clamping feature and the base clamping feature upon the glazing panel.

    摘要: This invention is a system of transparent or translucent panel units that permit selective transmission of light and solar radiation or glare across the system and can be adjusted and controlled according to a user's varying needs using light-controlling members mounted for rotation about their longitudinal axes. The system can illuminate the interior space by reflected sunlight, conducting both light from the brightest part of the sky and low-angle sunlight efficiently into the interior space, and also shading or deflecting the intense light found when the sun is at high elevation. Alternatively, the amount of a selected portion of the radiation spectrum passed through the system can be set at will, and can be amplified to allow increased light passage and transmission.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for sealing the joints, using a unified protective joint cap, of jointed building panel systems having a plurality of building panels. The unified sealing member is applied on top of the jointing means of the panel system wherein no modifications or alternations of the jointing means is required. As such, the protective joint cap may be applied directly to a jointing system in need of repair without the requirement of resealing the jointing system. Furthermore, the protective joint cap does not require an anchoring means to be installed prior to application. The protective joint cap further preferably contains an incorporated extrusion suitable for maintaining a bead of liquified elastomeric sealant, such as RTV, which may be applied prior to the sealing member's installation.
