摘要: Typical loading machines utilize a pair of lift arms to mount a work implement to a machine frame. The spacing of the lift arms and the tilt linkage mounted to the lift arms to manipulate the work implement reduce the visibility to the work implement as well as increase the overall weight of the structure. The present invention provides a boom-type lift arm that has a non-clevised configuration on both end portions thereof that mount a work implement to the frame of a machine. The tilt linkage is mounted between the lift arm and the work implement to rotate the work implement with respect to the lift arm. The work implement defines a pair of mounting plates that mount both the tilt linkage as well as the lift arm.

摘要: In the operation of a wheel loader the linkage arrangement that mounts the bucket to the machine often utilizes multiple lift arms and tilting components to accommodate the loading encountered in the various excavation operations. In many instances this hampers visibility to the bucket and also greatly increases the overall weight of the linkage arrangement. The present invention provides a linkage arrangement that utilizes a single boom-type lift arm and a tilting arrangement that is substantially centered along a vertical plane in which the linkage arrangement is moved. In addition, the individual components of the linkage are specifically contoured to provide a sufficient amount of mass in critical areas of loading and reduced areas of mass in non-critical areas. The result is a linkage arrangement that provides excellent visibility to the bucket with greatly reduced overall weight.

摘要: A vehicular power shovel having its movable shovel member located forwardly of the front axle thereof is equipped with a toggle lever device and a hydraulic power cylinder mechanism for actuating the shovel member. The shovel member is mounted upon a lift arm structure which is pivotally mounted upon the frame of the apparatus at a point behind the front axle. Both the toggle lever device and the hydraulic power cylinder mechanism are pivotally attached to the frame of the apparatus and are located behind the front axle. The power cylinder operates to actuate the toggle lever device and it is connected thereto at a point other than the buckling joint of the toggle lever. Furthermore, the power cylinder is located rearwardly of the point at which the rear end of the lift arm mechanism is pivotally connected to the frame.

摘要: A material handling device having a bucket pivoted on the free ends of lift arms that extend on opposite sides of a vehicle body and are pivoted on uprights extending from the body adjacent the rear end thereof. The material handling device incorporates pivot means for tilting the bucket and automatically maintaining the bucket in a level condition as the lift arms are raised. The pivot means includes a pair of links that are supported within the hollow lift arms with a fluid motor located between one of the links and the material handling implement that is pivoted on the free end of the lift arms. The links and hollow lift arms are constructed and arranged to allow unrestricted movement of the links within the lift arms while the lift arms are pivoted between raised and lowered positions.

The work vehicle includes a hydraulic actuator driven by hydraulic pressure to change a vehicle body frame angle of the front frame with respect to the rear frame, a lever rotatable to change the body frame angle, a control valve that controls a flow rate of oil supplied to the hydraulic actuator, and a controller. The controller sets a target angle of the vehicle body frame angle with respect to an input angle of the lever, and controls the control valve such that an actual angle of the vehicle body frame angle matches the target angle of the vehicle body frame angle.
