    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate, light emitting structures, fan-out wirings, and a wiring structure. The substrate has a display region including a light emitting region and a peripheral region surrounding the light emitting region and a pad region located in one side of the display region. The light emitting structures are disposed in the light emitting region on the substrate. The fan-out wirings are disposed in the peripheral region on the substrate, and the fan-out wirings include a straight-line portion and an oblique line portion. The wiring structure is disposed on the fan-out wirings, and includes a conductive layer and conductive patterns spaced apart from each other and disposed on the conductive layer.

    Abstract: An input sensing unit includes a plurality of first electrodes which are arranged in a first direction and each of which extends in a second direction crossing the first direction, a plurality of row electrodes each of which includes a second electrode and a third electrode, a plurality of first sensing lines respectively connected to the first electrodes, a plurality of second sensing lines respectively connected to the second electrodes, and a third sensing line connected to each of the third electrodes. Each of the row electrodes includes one side and the other side, which are opposed to each other in the first direction, and the one side is connected to one of one second sensing line and one third sensing line of the second sensing lines, and the other side is connected to the other of the second sensing lien and the third sensing line.

    Abstract: A display panel includes: a substrate including: a first region; a second region; a non-display area surrounding the first region and the second region; and a display area surrounding the non-display area; a plurality of pixels in the display area; a plurality of wirings configured to supply signals to the plurality of pixels; a load matching area connected to first wirings of the wirings, the load matching area including load units in the non-display area; and a dummy area including a plurality of dummy units spaced apart from the load units in the non-display area, wherein each of the load units comprises a load semiconductor layer, a first load conductive layer, and a second load conductive layer which at least partially overlap each other with an insulating layer therebetween, and the load semiconductor layer is connected to the second load conductive layer via a first contact hole.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a substrate, pixels, a pixel defining layer (PDL), a first via layer, a second via layer, first lines, and a second line. The pixels are arranged on the substrate in a first direction (D1) and a second direction (D2) intersecting one another, and include organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). The OLEDs include pixel electrodes (PEs). The PDL covers edges of the PEs and defines light-emitting regions via openings partially exposing the PEs. The first and second via layers are between the PEs and the substrate. The first lines extend in the D2 between the first via layer and the substrate. The second line is between the second and first via layers. The second line at least partially extends around the light-emitting regions. The second line contacts the first lines through via holes. Each via hole is provided every two pixels arranged in the D2.

    Abstract: A scan driver includes a plurality of stages, each outputting a scan signal in response to a scan start pulse and clock signals. Each stage includes a first input circuit applying a high gate voltage to a first node in response to the scan start pulse or the scan signal from a previous stage, a second input circuit applying a first clock signal to a second node based on the first node's voltage, a first output circuit outputting a second clock signal as the scan signal in response to the first node's voltage, a second output circuit outputting a low gate voltage as the scan signal in response to the second node's voltage, and a leakage circuit coupled to the high gate voltage and providing a current from the high gate voltage to the second node in response to the voltage of the second node having a high level.
