Abstract: The apparatus is configured to transmit and/or receive GDMRS that may be scrambled based on a same scrambling identifier (ID) and shared for a plurality of UEs or channels. The apparatus, in some configurations, is further configured to multiplex, in time, data for the plurality of UEs or channels into different segments within each symbol in a set of symbols. The apparatus is further configured to transmit and/or receive the multiplexed data for the plurality of UEs or channels. In some configurations, the apparatus is further configured to demodulate the received data based on the GDMRS, and extract at least one segment for a UE or a plurality of channels associated with the apparatus within the demodulated data for subsequent decoding at the apparatus. In some configurations the extraction is based on a SLIV transmitted and/or received by the apparatus.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for enhanced physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission. In some cases, a UE obtains payload bits to be conveyed in a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission via an interlace of resource blocks (RBs), determines a group of the RBs available to the UE, and transmits the payload bits using the determined group of RBs, wherein the transmitting involves modulating different RBs of the group by at least one of different payload bits or sequences.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a grant scheduling a downlink transmission of a set of configurable downlink transmissions. The downlink transmission may include reference slots corresponding to offset values associated with one or more feedback occasions. The UE may construct a feedback codebook based on a first quantity of slots in the set of configurable downlink transmissions, a second quantity of reference slots in the set of configurable downlink transmissions, and a third quantity of configurable offset values associated with one or more feedback occasions. Based on a size of the feedback codebook, the UE may generate feedback bits for reporting whether the UE successfully received a downlink transmission in corresponding slots. In some examples, the UE may identify a slot with a symbol reserved for an uplink transmission, and skip generating a corresponding feedback bit for the identified slot.

Each of the plurality of PDSCH symbols or PUSCH symbols are contiguous and have a respective SLIV. The apparatus transmits the DCI to at least one UE.

Abstract: Subcarrier spacing (SCS) for data may be adapted or dynamically configured based on the occurrence or presence of a synchronization signal block (SSB) transmission. For example, during a SSB transmission, the SCS of data may be automatically switched from some default data SCS to a second SCS (e.g., the SCS of the SSB) to allow for frequency division multiplexing (FDM) of data and SSB where the data and SSB use the same numerology. As such, communicating devices (e.g., a base station and a user equipment (UE)) may identify some location or configuration for a SSB, and may determine a second subcarrier spacing (e.g., a subcarrier spacing associated with the SSB) such that the SCS of data may be adapted to the second subcarrier spacing during the FDM of the SSB and the data. The SSB and data may thus be contemporaneously transmitted or received using the second SCS.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Devices in a wireless communications system may support different configurations to support intra-symbol multiplexing for communications between the devices using a single carrier waveform. For example, the different configurations may include symbol level cyclic prefixes, device-specific or channel-specific cyclic prefixes, device-specific or channel-specific guard intervals, or a combination thereof to support the intra-symbol multiplexing. That is, the cyclic prefixes or guard intervals may separate different fractions of a symbol, such that individual signals communicated in each of the different fractions do not leak into a subsequent fraction to cause interference. In some implementations, the cyclic prefixes or guard intervals may be enabled for a subset of devices or channels. A configuration for this intra-symbol multiplexing with device-specific or channel-specific cyclic prefixes or guard intervals may be signaled in a control message to the corresponding devices.

A first wireless communication device performs a first LBT during a first time period for transmitting a first communication signal associated with a first priority. The first wireless communication device performs a second LBT during a second time period for transmitting a second communication signal associated with a second priority, wherein the first time period is at least partially overlapping with the second time period, and wherein the first priority is different from the second priority. The first wireless communication device communicates with a second wireless communication device, at least one of the first communication signal or the second communication signal based on at least one of the first LBT or the second LBT.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, transmissions from a neighboring base station may interfere with downlink transmissions from a serving base station to a target user equipment (UE). To coordinate interference between the base stations (e.g., mitigate interference, stabilize interference, etc.), the serving base station may generate an interference coordination message and may transmit the message over-the-air (OTA) to one or more neighboring base stations. The message may include parameters indicating a coordination scheme for the neighboring base station(s) to use for modifying one or more scheduling decisions. The coordination scheme may be configured or dynamically selected and may include interfering beam fixation, interfering beam suppression, or interfering beam avoidance. A neighboring base station receiving the OTA interference coordination message may modify a scheduling decision to mitigate or stabilize interference when the serving base station is transmitting to the target UE.

Abstract: A base station may access a channel following a successful channel access procedure. The base station may transmit an indication of a resource allocation to a user equipment (UE). The resource allocation may include an allocation of resources for subsequent communications between the base station and the UE, for example, defining a set of transmission time intervals (TTIs) during which the UE may transmit repetitions of uplink control information. The UE may also perform a channel access procedure to access the channel. The UE may transmit repetitions of the uplink control information using the set of TTIs according to the resource configuration. In some cases, the UE may stop transmitting uplink control information repetitions after a maximum number repetitions also according to the resource configuration. The base station may then receive and combine the uplink control information.
