    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for a sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set configuration to facilitate uplink panel selection between a set of asymmetric panels of a user equipment (UE), each panel of the set of asymmetric panels of the UE being associated with a different number of SRS ports. In one aspect, the UE may receive such an SRS resource set configuration indicating one or more SRS resource sets and SRS resources of the one or more SRS resource sets may be associated with different numbers of SRS ports or a dynamically configurable number of SRS ports. The UE may receive control signaling from a base station (BS) and the control signaling may indicate a panel for an uplink transmission from the UE by indicating an SRS resource, an SRS resource set, or a number of SRS ports.

A user equipment (UE) may receive a control message scheduling a plurality of time-domain overlapping uplink transmissions by the UE on an uplink component carrier. The UE may select a transmission power for each uplink transmission in the plurality of time-domain overlapping uplink transmissions, wherein selecting the transmission power for each uplink transmission includes scaling one or more of a maximum transmission power for each uplink transmission or an actual transmission power for each uplink transmission, the scaling based at least in part on a numerical quantity of the uplink transmissions in the plurality of time-domain overlapping uplink transmissions. The UE may perform the plurality of time-domain overlapping uplink transmissions on the uplink component carrier according to the selected transmission power for each uplink transmission.

A user equipment (UE) may receive a first control message indicating an uplink power control configuration for the UE. The uplink power control configuration may be associated with a power control identifier and a resource set identifier. The UE may receive a second control message that schedules an uplink message for the UE. The second control message may indicate the resource set identifier and the power control identifier for transmission of the uplink message. The UE may determine a transmit power for the uplink message based on a set of power control parameters, the set of power control parameters corresponding to the resource set identifier and the power control identifier. The UE may transmit the uplink message using a resource set associated with the resource set identifier and in accordance with the determined transmit power.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive downlink control information that identifies multiple precoder indicators and at least one co-phasing factor indicator for generating a co-phased joint transmission using multiple antenna panels. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may receive signaling identifying a configuration for the UE to communicate with a first transmission reception point (TRP) and a second transmission reception point.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a user equipment (UE) that has been configured with two transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states may determine which TCI state of the two the UE is to apply to reference signal resources. A base station may configure a set of TCI states and activate a subset of the TCI states, and may indicate one or two of the activated TCI states for communication on a channel for a time period. The base station may transmit an indication of which of the two TCI states the UE is to apply for reference signal resources. The UE may determine which of the two TCI states to use for reference signal resources based on one or more rules, which may be based on identifiers (e.g., based on comparing identifiers for reference signal resources, reference signal resource sets, or groups of reference signal resources).

A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling scheduling downlink messages and indicating one or more transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states for reception of the one or more downlink messages during multiple transmission and reception point (mTRP) operation. The UE may identify that the downlink messages are scheduled for reception prior to an end of an offset window associated with processing the one or more TCI states.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for aperiodic sounding reference signal (SRS) transmissions. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) or a network entity may determine one or more time intervals for sounding reference signal (SRS) transmissions from a type of link, such as a link with another UE or a link with the network entity, used to communicate control signaling that triggers the SRS transmissions for the UE. A time interval in which the UE may not expect to transmit SRSs after receiving the control signaling, a time interval between the control signaling and the associated SRSs, a time interval between the control signaling and reception of one or more channel state information reference signals (CSI-RSs) used for precoding the SRSs, or any combination thereof, may be increased by an additional offset when the control signaling triggering the SRSs is received via the cooperative link.

A user equipment (UE) may be configured to indicate to a base station a distribution of transmit antennas and receive antennas across a set of antenna panels, and the base station may configure resource sets for reference signal transmissions from the antenna panels based on the indicated distribution. In a first example, the UE may be configured to indicate a respective number of transmit antennas and receive antennas at each antenna panel. In a second example, the UE may be configured to indicate a sum of transmit antennas and a sum of receive antennas across all antenna panels, along with information on how the transmit antennas and receive antennas are distributed. Based on the indication, the base station may configure resource sets for reference signal transmission on sets of ports in resources of the resource sets.
