Abstract: Aspects are provided which allow a first wireless device such as a UE or base station to prioritize beams which are simultaneously received from or transmitted to cells of different numerologies or which are asynchronous to each other. The device determines an overlap in time between a first signal from a first cell and a second signal from a second cell, where the second cell includes at least one of a different numerology than the first cell or an asynchronous timing relative to the first cell. The device applies a beam prioritization rule for selecting a beam associated with the first signal or the second signal carrying information in separate beams. The device transmits information to or receives information from a second wireless device based on the selected beam. Thus, simultaneous beam conflict resolution may be improved for cells having different numerologies or asynchronous timing.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may connect to a set of source cell groups (CGs). The UE may receive a target cell group setup information, the target cell group setup information being associated with a set of target CGs. The UE may connect to the set of target CGs based at least in part on the target cell group setup information during a handover from the set of source CGs to the set of target CGs. The UE may disconnect from the set of source CGs after connecting to the set of target CGs. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) in communication with a base station may receive downlink control information (DCI) on a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). The UE may receive a configuration of the PDCCH. The UE may determine a number of downlink PDCCH candidates and a number of uplink PDCCH candidates within a search space based on the configuration, wherein the number of downlink PDCCH candidates is different than the number of uplink PDCCH candidates, and a length of each downlink PDCCH candidate is different than a length of each uplink PDCCH candidate. The UE may blindly decode the search space with each PDCCH candidate as a hypothesis to determine whether any of the downlink PDCCH candidates or uplink PDCCH candidates decode to a DCI format.

Abstract: A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided for wireless communication between a user equipment (UE) and a base station. The UE monitors for a wake-up signal (WUS) within a WUS monitoring window based on a jitter monitoring window associated with jittered data traffic at a base station. The base station transmits, to the UE, the WUS. The UE determines whether the WUS is received within the WUS monitoring window. The UE detects a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) occasion following a location of the WUS by an offset based on the WUS being received within the WUS monitoring window. The base station transmits, to the UE, in the SPS occasion following the WUS by the offset, a physical downlink shared channel including a data frame of the jittered data traffic.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a scheduling offset threshold corresponding to a cross-slot grant. The UE may monitor a control channel in a first slot for the cross-slot grant, the control channel having a first numerology that is different than a second numerology of a shared channel and determine a beginning slot defined in the second numerology based on interpreting the scheduling offset threshold as being defined in the first numerology or the second numerology. The UE may then enter a low power state, or communicating a data transmission, during the beginning slot based on whether the cross-slot grant is detected
